Isabelle escapes to Paris from her dangerous Mafia boyfriend hell bent on forcing her back in to his bed. His handsome rivals, Lucien Deschanel and Christian Dalban are the only men who can protect her and help her bring him and their own rejected Mafia families to justice.
But Isabelle is an abused woman who feels inferior with her body image and is reckless with her safety by being determined to finish the job on her own. To bring Isabelle back to her senses the younger men kidnap her and deliver some sound discipline to her bare bottom over their knees in turn. Then they regress her to childhood to make her feel safe and allow herself to trust them and their help.


Lucien and Christian are made to realise that Isabelle belongs to them both and the three cannot be separated even when the secrets of her past threaten them all.

'Protecting Isabelle' delivers such a WOW factor for a quick read. Where to start with this review. I'm trying to find the words that will depict the emotions and reactions I had to this book. The storyline is solid, each of the characters is fully developed, and the intrigue of the plot kept me wondering what would happen next. There is domestic discipline, Daddy Doms/ little girl age play, and I think I'm going to let you find out the technique these two learned to calm a woman and reach her submissive side. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and yet I'm struggling to find the words to let yáll know something is coming without giving anything away. I was a little shocked but it was HOT.

Isabelle is on the run from her violent Mafia cousin who plans on keeping her and inheritance for himself. Lucien and Christian belong to other mafia families and vow to protect Isabella and not only because they have both fallen for her. When she resists their protection, they are not afraid to discipline her for it. Fast-paced read with loads of drama, steam and intense chemistry. I really liked this hot read.

What Happened... Good Though

This story is set in Paris so right away you get my attention. This story, to me, is about learning to restore trust in relationships. We meet Christian Dalban, "illegitimate" son of Mafia family head Gabriel Dumont. Gabriel has been sent by Phillip, Isabelle's brother to protect her because he is a commanding officer in the SAS and was Philip's best man. We find out there are three young men who grew up together Declan Mayer, Isabelle's cousin who is part of the Mafia. Declan has kept her locked up because he wants to marry her so he can control the family business. Then there's Lucien Deschanel the Frenchman who is in love ❤️ with Isabelle. Lucien and Christian have left the family and have their own business and don't want to have anything to do with their Mafia family. Lucien has made it his business to protect Isabelle and so has Christian. They eventually decide to work together to protect her for her own good. This story went from fantastic to what would seem a little fantasy. It was a short easy read with great characters. This was a good read.

Whoa?? This was a different read for me, a short fast read story. I did read it all the way through. The story was flowing along, has a good plot, good strong characters, good chemistry then boom all of a sudden it took a pretty outlandish turn towards unbelievable, childish, animalistic and I’m kind of shaking my head going uh what the heck happened? Even though it left me in the end just a bit puzzled I still have to say the writing was excellent, the characters were well defined, well matched, chemistry was spot on. It was just that it left me feeling like “what-huh-was that” just not sure why that ending came in from left field. That’s why it was a four star for me. Don’t get me wrong I would definitely still read more from this author. I received an Advance Reader's Copy and am voluntarily leaving my honest thoughts and opinions.

An excellent story to read, and boy is it worth while looking into and reading. I just love the way these two men finally look after Isabella once they get on the same page. The kink is outstanding and my word the sex is so hot and erotic.....phew!!
Two men want to look after Isabella, one is Christian Dalban who has been asked to protect Isabella from her Mafia cousin Declan, but she also has a stalker. The other man is Lucien Deschanel who is also wanting to protect Isabella. Both men know each other but when things get dicey they both agree to look after her the way they were taught at school.

Another book by Isabella that you definately dont want to miss out on. 5 stars plus for another wonderful wonderful story

Isabelle is in danger. She is being stalked by someone and her cousin, Declan wants her to keep control over the businesses that she inherited from her uncle. Christian and Lucien both want to keep her safe. They believe in disciplining a woman for her well being. She gets put over both of their laps for a spanking to calm her. Then, they decide to take her to the Chateau to help her regress and let them care for her. I enjoyed the story, but the ending was way too quick. Everything was solved in one long paragraph! There is a HEA for Isabelle, Christian and Lucien.

Story has a great storyline that has a nice flow. Well-written and I loved the characters. Isabelle is running from her cousin because she got the inheritance from her Uncle and her cousin Declan thinks it should have been his. Christian and Lucien will need to work together to keep Isabelle from getting killed. They are both attracted to her and both men are dominant and believe in old fashioned spankings to keep their woman in line. There was plenty of steam in this story and I love the Daddy Dom aspect. I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is a short romance featuring age play. You should know that before just in case this is not your style. Isabelle is trying to get away from Declan. Christian and Lucien are going to step in to protect, care for and love her. She is damaged and they want to let her lose all her worries. The three create a bond that holds them together thru the drama and turmoil. It was a little disjointed at times. There was a lot in going on in a short story

I enjoyed this but felt the last few pages were rather rushed, cramming the events together. Several different 'scenes' including Hucows and Isabella as an adult baby are included.
Isabelle is running for her life when Lucien and Christian reluctantly join forces to protect her. Both mafia sons have rejected that world but still have powerful ties.

Not really a dark romance as the blurb implied. It caught me off guard in the way it turned into a full on age play ménage with the heroine caught off guard with the way the heroes treated her.
Well written with tons of steamy scenes which would be enjoyable if this is the type of genre you like. It's not mine.

Loved the book it was great, the story was written well and the characters were interesting. Isabelle had know say in the matter when she was kept by her cousin, by his side and his bed. As soon as she had a chance to escape she did she was captivated by Lucian and Christian, we had Dom/sub, age play, it was hot/steamy, arousing, pleasure/pain, lust and alot more you just get to excited to say any more.

This one is between 3.5 and 4. This story is about a young woman caught up in mob family. There seems to be not one but two strong men who are willing to take her in hand and keep her safe. It is a good story that draws you in. But at some points it feels like too many different things are going on at once. But it is hot and the ending is sweet.
