It is a beautifully photographed book but not every recipe has a photograph. Nonetheless, it has photos of the many types of pasta that are in many of the recipes. Also included in the book is a great chapter entitled PASTA WISDOM, which speaks for itself. Another chapter entitled PASTA DOUGHS AND SHAPES is equally informative and definitely leaves me so much better informed on all things pasta. The pasta recipes include vegetable pasta dishes, meat, seafood, pork, lamb and poultry pasta dishes. There are also QR Codes to step by step videos for the pasta recipes.
So many unique recipes and the videos to make each cut is priceless. By far the best out there. I strongly recommend this book. So many pasta specials to make for my restaurant. Thank you for this amazing book.
