Booklist

Could not put this book down. Davis draws his main characters with depth grounded in a certain reality, quirks, angst and all. I kind of figured out who was responsible for the dastardly murder, but there was a shock at the end that I never would have guessed. Great book.

I've liked all the Patrick Davis books I've read so far, but this one was really slow paced and predictable. Good story and I liked the very end, but it took a long time to get there. Still overall i think it was solid.

He gets better with every book. I like the AF angle to his books. I hope he keeps writing. This was a great read.
