Basically, this manga follows Hibino Hareluya as he tries to "conquer the world" by dealing with the everyday punks on the street. Always ready to fight and always winning his fights, he just finds himself in more and more trouble.Along the way he surrounds himself with friends who are all very strong in their own unique way.

I see Hareluya as a cross between Luffy from One Piece and Mitsuhashi from Kyou Kara Ore Wa. He's stupid strong and fearless. He carries a metal bat and a frying pan in his shirt and freaks people out when he pulls them out. He can be bribed with food and his ambition is world domination. He aslo calls himself invincible. He gets reaaly mad on his friends behalf but calls them all his servants. His friends comsist of a short kid who want to go to france to be an artist, short kid's girlfriend, a girl who want to be a jewelery maker, and a musician, a punk who is always fighting with Hareluya. Hareluya is a guy who listens to no one (unless they offer him food) and does everything a his own pace. He believes he can do anything. No matter what situation he gets in he can fight his way out. He has a special tecnique to get information out of people. He calls it the 'tickle tecnique from hell'. He respects people who go for their dreams. It's a really, really great manga. I just wish it was longer.
