From Amazon Number One Best Seller A J Walters, let An Enrapturing Attraction take you on an emotion filled journey of scintillating passion and mystery. A contemporary romance not without it's laughs!
A J Walters is a multi-genre author who made her first appearance on to the indie circuit with a trilogy of books. Having interests in history, romance and elements of erotica, she has brought all of these together in The Attraction Series of books..
Wanting to break the trend of size 12 virgins in books, A J Walters has introduced a new real woman in Isabel Chambers. She's a size 18-20, working single mother who now feels is it her time to start living her life again. At the ripe young age of 39, A J Walters also wanted to show that you can experience everything that a twenty-something would.
"I saw that a 39 year old isn't quite at retirement age for fun, sex and finding love again. There are so many women out there that can be represented in books as well as the slim, innocent and beautiful types. Don't get me wrong I love reading books with them in, but there is so many of them around now I felt it is time for something different. I'd like to think I brought my sense of humour across in it as well. I am ditsy, I suffer from 'foot in mouth' syndrome, but I can also be serious and sentimental. From the feedback I've had, apparently it makes for a great writing voice."
A J has gone on to be an Amazon Number One Best Seller in Women's Fiction with her poetry and is currently working on a new novel.
A J Walters currently live in Staffordshire, England with her two children.
What happens when a book lands on your kindle without a title? of course curiosity takes over, so you start to read first few pages... by then you've been sucked in, so your only choice is to sit down on sofa with a cuppa and carry on reading!
I really liked the first two books in this series, but this is my favourite. Christian is something else, his very different to Marc (who is wonderfully sexy, caring and charismatic), but Christian has the bad boy element that gives him a sexier edge.
when you add in a strong confident female and a suspenseful story line you have a winner of a book.
A great read, that will take you on a journey that covers two countries, will make your heart race and maybe stutter from angst a few times!

So after reading books one and two in the Attraction Series, I can definitely say I was looking forward to getting my hands on and reading book three. In An Enrapturing Attraction, we meet characters both old and new. This story begins in America where we meet Christian Wilson who is a bad boy turned good. He has been released from prison and is finding it hard re-entering the big wide world after being inside. His father, Edward Sanders, is trying to help him stay on the straight and narrow and wants him away from any temptations that could cause him to go back inside. Christian knows after all the problems he's caused in the past, he needs to prove to himself, his father and his stepbrother Marc Sanders, that he is a changed man. His father helps by organising him somewhere to go for a fresh start and a new beginning.
Hannah Marshall is an independent woman. She’s worked in the US for a couple of years; however, she is offered and takes a new job as detective inspector back in her home town in the UK. She is more than happy to return and be closer to her friends and family. After meeting Christian in a bar, they spend a hot and rather steamy night together. Unbeknown to each other, they would be leaving for the same destination a few days later.
Quote: "Look at me, Hannah! I want you to watch everything I do to you and then you'll always remember."
Upon arriving in the UK, there paths cross again and the feelings these two have for one another start to blossom and most definitely heat up! But of course, as every fantastic book should be, not everything is smooth sailing. What happens when pasts come back to haunt you? Can you always trust those around you? I'm not one to give anything away so you'll have to read it for yourself to find out the answers to those questions and see if Christian and Hannah get the happily ever after they deserve.
What I can tell you is how much I enjoyed reading this book, and how much it made me smile and swoon with some hot and steamy scenes. Like I said, we do get to meet, see and catch up with characters from the previous books which was great to see where they are now in their lives. Overall, this has been a fab read and a great series. Thank you for giving me the chance to read An Enrapturing Attraction.
I’ve loved this series all throughout each book, but it wasn’t until Enraptured Attraction that I truly fell for the leading male. Christian is one of the oh so bad boys that I seem to be attracted to more often than not in my literary relationships. His bad to the bone hardcore life has been all he has known for years, and upon his release from prison, he realizes just exactly what kind of man he has changed into being. He wants happiness, he wants success, and most of all he wants someone to love.
Hannah is one those woman that you can look to as a role model. She’s a fiercely independent woman who doesn’t need anyone including a man to tell her how to live her life or rely on. Yet, behind that fiercely independent façade lies a woman who is deeply connected to her family. She’s willingly to leave everything behind to be with her family, but what she doesn’t know is what fate is about to start dangling in front of her in the form of a bad bad bad boy.
This book is a sensual emotional rollercoaster ride of a coming together story. Christian and Hannah star cross lovers from the opposite sides of the track is a refreshing romantic tale of epic proportions. Love comes in unexpected packages sometimes with some serious dark and twisted pasts that you have to struggle against to finally find happiness in the future. Walters has done a marvelous job of showcases that if you want that kind of love bad enough, you’ll be willing to work through each other’s pasts in order to find future happiness.
The story has laughs, secrets, betrayal, and blackmail.
I would recommend reading the below before this book: An Acute Attraction (The Attraction Series, #1) A Constant Attraction (The Attraction Series, #2)
This is more of Hannah and Christian’s story. After being released Christian meets Hannah. They connect but they only have the one night. Little do they know that they are both off to the same town overseas. Hannah is off to her new job and Christian to his new life. Once settled into their new homes they come across each other again. The sparks fly. They are building a relationship but will her job and his past be the thing that keeps them apart? Or can they work together to overcome all the obstacles so they can build a life together?
I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.
Reviewed for Diary of a Book Addict - I received an arc of this for an honest review
This is the third book in the attraction series but can be read as a stand alone (I didn't read the first two books).
This was a semi fast paced book with a good storyline and the characters were well developed.
The only thing knocking this down from a 5 to 4 star for me was that I found that in certain parts there would be flash backs... one of the characters remembering something that had happened earlier in the day that were a bit too drawn out (conversations Hannah had with her dad earlier in the day etc.) and by the time the flash back had finished I had forgotten where we were in the story. I didn't think these flash backs were really relevant and the story would have flowed so much better without them.
However, This was a really good book and I have added the first two books in the series to my tbr.
This book takes us in a different direction character wise that the first two books. Here we meet, and in my case, love, Christian who is Marc's stepbrother the black sheep of the family. However in this book we see him proving time and time again how he is a reformed character. Hannah is one of the strongest women character I have read about - not many women make it where she has in the police. When her and Christian are together we can see the instant connection, the passion. However, lots of things get in there way. I have to say that they are certainly better together. I enjoyed how we met back with Marc and Isabel and saw their lives a little further down the road. I am delighted to have connected with this wonderful author and I look forward to more from her in the future. I award this book 5 stars~ Rosie
AJ Walters, you have outdone yourself with this book! Christian is my favorite character of ours by far! I absolutely loved this book and how it draws you in right from the start. I felt like that with the first two books in the series but this one was by far my favorite! Christian and Hannah's story is a Crazy Ass Must Read. Reading the first two books in the series is defintely recommended.
I received a copy of this book as a gift This is book 3 in The Attraction Series I enjoyed book 1 and 2 and I loved Marc and Isabel, but I have to say, I love me a bad boy and Christian foots the bill .... he's bad turned good but still has the alpha about him that keeps you hooked. Christian learns how to live after spending 4 long years in prison. He meets Hannah, who happens to basically be a cop, and works for and is friends with his Step-father ,half-brother Marc, and Marc's significant other, Isabel. The attraction is instant. What should have been basically a one night stand ends up being so much more due to circumstances neither Christian or Hannah saw coming. We have a little bit of angst, some laughs, some really annoying bad guys and a very independent woman who falls for a really hot alpha bad boy turned good boy who is still a little bit of bad boy. Im not all that attracted to women characters. I'd say 9 out of every 10 i end up hating and want to shove off a cliff, but i really did like Hannah. She independent, loyal and seriously NOT annoying. Shes is smart, quick witted and kind of funny and definitely cute. Christian, well i loved him from the first page. I love that he isnt perfect, and he makes mistakes and he has to adjust to being outside of the prison that held him for 4 years and yet he goes through a mental discovery of growing himself as a man, learning that he and his brother Marc arent as different as he once believed, and he has discovered he actually does have a sense of fierce loyalty to his family, not to mention whatever is growing between himself and Hannah. Both characters are written very well and are very loveable. We get a little bit of the old characters from book 1 and 2 and its nice to see what they are up to. I would definitely recommend this book but you really should read book 1 and 2 as the characters do intertwine and go together.
AJ Walters has giving us another attractive love story!!
Hannah was good at her job and having Senator Edward Sanders as her boss, it was a plus. She had worked with the Sanders Family last time when Marc was in trouble with the blackmail. Hannah has been transferred back to Cambridge where she could be closed to her elderly parents. But two nights before her trip she meets this gorgeous mysterious man and she does something she has never done since she knows she will never see him again.
Christian Wilson was just released from prison. He wanted a change of pace and he knew he wanted to leave everything behind and start brand new. Being the son of Senator Edward Sanders and younger brother to Marc, his life had been planned by his father. His moved to Cambridge will be a good change since he wants to proved to his father and brother he's changing his old ways and he will be an outstanding citizen. He has met this gorgeous woman and he will have a fling with her since he will be leaving in two days and he will never see her again.
Like always life had different plans for Christian and Hannah and when this two see each other in Cambridge they know they can't ignored their attraction for one another and decide to start a relationship but his ghost from the past are lurking in the shadows and they are making a threat to their happy life.
Can Hannah help Christian put his past demons behind and pulled him to the light?
I found this book very interesting and I loved it. The Attractions Series is something different and I love how the female main character is not your typical skinny girls.
I recommend for you to read this book and the whole series.
I was very excited to get my hands on part three of the attraction series. Having been intrigued by the beautiful covers of books 1 and 2 and then falling in love with the down to earth characters of Marc and Isabel, I couldn't wait to see what the author would do next.
This book focuses on Marc' s bad boy brother, Christian. Christian gets released from prison and finds himself back out in the world. He has no where to live and no prospects. His father offers him a chance for a fresh start and Christian takes up the opportunity to move to the UK. Just before he leaves the States he meets a beautiful woman, Hannah, they share a night of passion and then part ways.
Hannah is an independent woman who happens to be a cop, who also happens to be heading home back to the UK.
Once again the author takes us back to Cambridge, AJ describes the city perfectly, it makes me want to go back there and explore the places she describes.
By coincidence Hannah and Christian reconnect. Both of them have secrets that they hide from the other. Secrets that could hurt and ruin their chances of a relationship. Can Christian really shed his bad boy ways?
This book concludes the Attraction series and we do get to check in on familiar characters from the previous books. Once again the characters and situations are realistic and the story flows beautifully from the pages. I still love the cover as well, drawn by the authors very talented brother. It perfectly concludes the series with maybe a little room for a short novella on a certain couple??? (here's hoping)

Of course with a main male character named Christian it's bound to be a hot read right? Wrong! Try sizzling! Christian is the epitome of "Bad Boy".... All the wrong things in all the right package! Even when he's trying to turn his life around, he's still sexy. His character was thoroughly developed. All of his thoughts, emotions and actions I was able to connect with. Hannah is NO simpering mouse either. She's dedicated to her family and isn't scared to show it. I'm pleased that these two complimented each other. Hannah and Christian were likable enough that I could imagine they were MY life. Kudos to AJ for writing such a very well written story that could almost be non fiction! Her writing style is unique in that the reader takes the journey with each character... Down to the quirky secondary characters. The reader is able to experience true emotions in this story. Now I'll admit to not having read the first books in the series but I wasn't lost. I was able to decipher who the other characters were. I love series but I love when they are meshed stand alones.
Christian Wilson has just been released from four years in prison. With the help of his father he is set to start his life over, including a move and putting his bad boy ways behind him. Hannah is a police officer who has just been offered a transfer back to the UK to be closer to her family. Christian and Hannah meet briefly and have chemistry. Christian has no idea of his family connection to Hannah or her job. They have a great night but know it can’t be more because they both are leaving. After they both move they happen to meet up again and have an intense encounter in a bar bathroom. They both want to leave it as that but are not able to given that they both are at interesting places in their lives/careers. Christian is soon faced with the consequences of his past and must decide what to do. Who is his loyalty to: his family or himself? Will his new relationship survive? This book has action, betrayal and steamy sex. This is book 3 in The Attraction Series. I think it would have been nice to read the others before to get to know some of the supporting characters but the book does stand alone.
When I picked this book up to read, I saw it was a book three in a series. I couldn't find anything that said I had to read the books in order so I jumped right into this one without reading the previous two. I have been told that the characters from the previous book are also in this one. I had no problems understanding the story line. An Enrapturing Attraction is Christian and Hannah's story.
Wow Christian. He's was a bad boy and even though he's a reformed bad boy, he still oozes that sexy bad boy image. When the story starts, he has just been released from prison. That alone sucked me right into the story. Christian is having a tough time adjusting.
Hannah is a strong independent woman. She doesn't want to rely on anyone for anything. Her path crosses with Christian and that leads to a hot and steamy night. What was suppose to be a one night night may turn out to be much more.
Reviewed on behalf of 2 Girls Who Love Books Blog! ❤❤❤❤ I have to say that this is a new author to me! I really enjoyed this book. Christian is just released from serving time. He sets out to find a new path in life. However, his path wasn't chosen himself. His father chooses to send him elsewhere. But his demons follow him. Hannah has been sent on assignment in another country. Hannah has a highly respected position in law enforcement..
I won't give away much more because I hate giving out spoilers. I loved both characters. A.J has written the characters very well. Both, Christian and Hannah have very strong leads in the book. Fantastic story despite the fact I have not read any previous books.
Although this is book 3 in the series, sufficient back referencing takes place that you won’t feel lost if (like me) you haven’t read the first 2 books.
I was a little surprised by this one, as it didn’t follow the route I was expecting it to. I felt as if some of the plot was a little telegraphed in advance, whilst conversely, other elements were entirely unexpected.
Ultimately, the characters were well developed, and engaging. The relationship between Christian and Hannah was certainly intense and very quick to develop, but I think that this a benefit to the overall story line.
Definitely worth a read…..
I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
I was super excited to read this book as I've read both previous book to this and have fallen in love with both Isabel Chambers and Marc Sanders. So I was a little disappointed to read the first page and find no mention of either Isabel or Marc , but after the first chapter I had fallen in love with Christian , the bad boy brother of Marc . It's a perfect end to a fantastic story . I am no size 12 either so this is the ideal story for me , no super skinny model types , just your ordinary everyday person who is not looking for love but stumbles across it . AJ Walters has a natural talent for writing and I can not wait to read more of her work
I missed a bit the main characters of the two previous books in the series. It was noticeable this book has been read and proofread and it was about time. The author deserves it.
The suspense is good in the story and the author obviously enjoyed writing this book, probably a little more than the two previous ones ;) It was a very enjoyable read I thoroughly counsel you if you are a lover of a good suspense story.
(I slightly changed my first review on amazon and added a star to it. I have been to tough on this book, i realise it now, sorry).
I read this book before reading the others in the series, which is a little bit backwards, but it made me want to go back and read the others to find out more about the characters.
I loved Hannah and Christian, and the way fate brought them together. Their relationship was both passionate and sweet - and the end of the story (I won't spoil it!) was so beautiful, I walked around with a soppy grin on my face for the rest of the day!
*An ARC was provided in exchange of an honest review*
I have loved this series this far and this book just adds to the goodness!!
This story was amazing and had me on quite the roller coaster! I devoured it!! I couldn't stop reading!!!
Emotional ride between two people who come from opposite worlds yet connect so amazingly well. Pasts are challenging for them but... Ohhhh you just have to read it!!!
The third book in this series focuses on bad boy Christian, just released from prison and law lady Hannah. The story is highly enjoyable and has twists and turns aplenty that kept me hooked and intrigued to the end. Christian is a hot alpha and Hannah makes a lovely but strong leading lady. Marc and Isabel also make a welcome appearance and their story gets wrapped up very nicely too. A great book with really likeable characters, I loved it!
