Mysterious devices known only as "fezzes" have escaped the confines of the Tokyo-Moon Sleep Complex, the most prestigous sleep institute in all of Japan. This occurs in tandem with a rampant Trojan virus that has ransacked the Tokyo-Moon network. Peter Jacobs, a down-on-his-luck computer repairman livin in Tokyo, is hired to solve the Sleep Complex's mainframe collapse and locate the missing cache of fezzes.
