We all have either been a bullied or have been bullied as a child and even as an adult, words hurt worse than sticks and stones. They can create a person or bring a person to their knees. It is no different than for a child. It is our job as adults to help children grow, to make them a better person, to love and understand. As parents when our child is bullied it is hard not to get defensive and show are child the wrong way to take care of a bully. This book not only shows our children how wrong it is but it reminds us as adults there are the right way and the wrong way to handle touchy issues. If we start at a young age to not only teach ourselves but our children then our children will grow up to be a better person and learn how to handle issues better.

I loved this story and it has wonderful points that are easy for a child to understand. I think it will be great for parents as well for when they are reading to their child they will be reminded how important it is to remind us adults how to handle issues. It is humorous and will make you smile and chuckle why teaching us strong points. I feel it will hold a child’s attention, make a child smile and even become a child’s favorite book.

One of the most serious issues in today’s world is being bully. If we teach our children why they are young maybe we can take the bully out of bully and turn it around to being a buddy.

I give this sweet, cute, funny book 5 stars I recommend it for all small children. This book hits on a serious issues and I feel it could even get children talking when they might be too scared to say anything.
