Oh the angsty angst!!
This is a non werewolf Sterek with lots of feelz but also a good peppering of Stiles snark and delicious smexy. Really delicious!
Just yum.
There is that dreaded misunderstanding that keeps them apart but it wasn't the prolonged agony that you usually get. It was actually sorted out rather quickly and with very little pissing about and once it was sorted out we got sweet and more smexy. I was a happy little Sterek addict so I was was.
Derek shaved his beard though. I like beards. Him having one made me happy. Him shaving it made me sad. Really it's 5 stars. I'm just being a moany bitch about the beard.

This is when said charity auction results in one of the worst dates ever. BUT not one to let a hot catch like Derek Hale pass through his fingers, Stiles has a proposition for him - a friends with all benefits scenario.
So there's great pillow talk and sexy texting... There's also that nice combination of angst that encompasses insecurity and jealousy, with a healthy dose of misunderstanding and misinterpretation thrown in. Sprinkle generously with hot man on man action and you get a wonderful story.
I appreciated that this didn't just end when their issues were overall resolved - the last 20% indulged my love of a great epilogue and really sweetly tied up everything with a nice bow! A perfect finish!

This is one of the best Sterek stories I have read. I loved every single second of it. It was funny, it was scorching hot, it made me sad and then it made me float off on my marshmallow cloud. These boys were just so freaking perfect.

4+ stars. Great little (mostly) angst-free fic where Stiles and Derek DON'T like each other from the start. However, they do like the sexual chemistry they have together, so they become acquaintances-with-benefits. Acquaintances-with-benefits who have some seriously smokin' sexytimes. But that gets complicated, of course, because...you know...Feelings (capital F). Which is when a little angst makes an appearance, but not enough to turn me into a sad panda.

I hate when there's angst in a story that's created solely because the characters don't have a simple conversation.
Other than that (and thankfully it's cleared up quickly), it's an okay story with some pretty good smex.

Loved this. I loved their disaster date. The sexy times were very hot. A misunderstanding that was actualy helpful in the long run, by getting them both to admit their feelings. Sweetness and snuggles. Then more sexy time.
This had a lot of feelz in it...and a lot of well done sexy time.

Derek won a date with Stiles during a charity auction, and the date was atrocious, but the chemistry between them is scorchingly hot, so they become friends-with-benefits. And then so much more.
I enjoyed so much of this story. It is AU, but everything still feels familiar within the teen wolf universe. Stiles and Derek are super hot together, the sheriff is cool an this story just made me drooling enough to read loads more Stereks. So, jay!!

Cute fic...would definitely recommend. Charity bachelor auction brings Stiles and Derek together. They don't get along, but they recognize they have steamy sexual chemistry, leading to a "with benefits" sort of arrangement. But feelings...damn them...they get in the way, you know?

Not much going on here. They meet, they have sex, lots and lots and lots of sex, and they both deny it's more than that. Some silly misunderstanding and a friendly intervention later, feelings are confessed. The end.

I liked this one. It’s a human AU but Derek and Laura’s family is still dead and Derek still has issues. Also, Stiles and co. are all in college already. It was a little mushy and fluffy at times but the sex was hot!

in my experience with Non Profits, charity auctions don't usually bring in TONS of money, at least the kind of money required to keep a wolf program going. So for me the premise didn't quite work.
