I read this one an eternity ago, so I forgot most of it. It is much better than I remembered. It's a vampire tale, but don't expect Anne Rice. I'm rating it five stars for what it is- an 80's teen horror, so given that, I feel it's excellent.

There wasn't a lot of action, but I enjoyed the intensity of the book. It had a nice eerie quality and was actually funny as well.

Read this entire series as a middle school student as they were arable in our school library. This was BY FAR my favorite book in the series and the only one of fifteen to touch in vampires, which I LOVE and gymnastics lol.

It’s teen horror fiction. So don’t be expecting Anne Rice level art here. However you’ll be surprised at the level of intense expectation and dread it pulls up! Highly recommend this as well as the whole Dark Forces series!

Loved this book as a young adult! Wish I could find it again to read in kindle format. The paperbacks on amazon are too expensive. 😒 Great story and, as I recall, a not-so-surprising ending.

A teen read from junior high- I really thought this series of books was the best thing at that time. I didn't own this one, but enjoyed reading another version of the modern vampire.

Read through these teen horror flicks quickly. If you're a fan of vampire fiction, without to much drama this was fun, and pretty innocent scare for young people.

Read ages ago, no recollection of whether I liked it or not, alas!
