This is more so much more than a cookbook. It is packed with helpful information for anyone who is trying to lose weight and find themselves stuck in a rut. The information that she provided really helped shape my thoughts around the food in the recipes. If you have been on restrictive diets that were hard to stick to or seemed completely unrealistic, this will be a diet full of freedom. The recipes are rich but rewarding. So thankful to have this in my possession. Looking forward to buying more of her cookbooks.

There are some good recipes inside.

I enjoyed the dessert section the most. If you are able to follow the Keto diet you might want to browse through this book.

Fat Fast, was the original term used by Dr. Atkins in his bestselling New Diet Revolution.

The guidelines for the Fat Fast consumption consists of 1,000 calories per day with 90% coming from fats. This breaks down to about 4-5 feedings of approximately 200-250 calories. As always drink lots/lots of water.

There are tips on how to calculate the macro nutrient breakdown & the carb count. & there are 50 low carb & High Fat delicious recipes they you might enjoy if you love to cook. That I do. I eat out about 1% of the time.

There is also a Keto community’s website online. And very important when you have lower blood sugar/insulin levels it is a whole lot easier for your body to access fat stores to burn, burn, burn (more energy).

PPL with diabetes scare the Hell out of me.

Low carbohydrates (20-50 grams), & sodium levels everyone is concerned with that. I read every label on the item I am going to buy at the grocery store. All food fat contents contain: saturated fats (SFA), Mono-unsaturated fats (MUFA), &/or Poly-unsaturated fats (PUFA).

Alcohol consumption, I don’t have to worry about that anymore, but I loved those micro-brews.

Like all diet plans you have to be willing & work at it. Count your calories!

A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written informative diet plan book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.

Thank you for the free book (Author)

Very informative book!

I am new to keto, and was considering going on a fat fast. I found the first part of this book really very informative, she describes fat fasting and whether or not you should even attempt it and why, in a very clear, succinct, and easy to understand way. I found it extremely useful in furthering my knowledge about fat fasting. I didn't really check out the recipe section, but this short informational book is well worth checking out if you are considering a fat fast.
