I cant read this been trying to access it but I can't

I picked up this book thinking it is about effective conversations, however, it is just a compilation of tips on how to email, text, FB, tweet, dress up for an occasion etc. A few good points but nothing that has not been said before. Short chapters (50 techniques = 50 chapters), so no in-depth information is presented.

it wasn't anything new for me ,but still a good read for anyone looking to improve social and professional skills .
