Not the best book on the topic. The author has a confusing writing style and spends too much time on theory rather than on practice.

Read as part of my nutrition course. Detailed and informative step by step process of developing nutritional counselling relationships with individuals and the public. There are lots of counselling models and example interventions in here. I also liked the numerous examples and case studies they provided to try to illustrate each main point. Covers a broad range of topics, but still manages to be a very practical guide.
