Mila Beyond Dreams and Nightmares is the first part of the Mila series, a thrilling, sexy, and spine-chilling fantasy romance. A young woman meets a mysterious stranger who completely shakes her axis. He puts a huge question mark over just about everything Mila believed in until he came her way.
It all starts at a funeral, where Mila notices a really attractive man and starts guessing who he could be. She knows that Mrs. Tichy (a friendly old neighbour who also became some kind of a confidant for Mila) didn't have any relatives, but she feels she can see a striking resemblance between the gorgeous man and the old lady. Convinced that she will never see him again, she heads back to her life -to her job in the library, and to the never-ending confrontations with her ex-boyfriend - but then, a series of events starts turning her life into a sexy, dangerous, and confusing roller-coaster.
At first, the biggest frustration is not knowing what is going on, but after finally being allowed to know the truth, Mila doesn't feel any better. Her life only gets more complicated. Everything pulls her to Adam, who just might not be the best choice ever. But then again - Alex, the ex-boyfriend she hated in the beginning, seems to become a very comforting haven, as well.

It’s quite hard to write something unambiguous about B. L. Pride. She was born in Maribor, Slovenia, went to a particular high school, chose a university that seemed more or less interesting, and now she does completely different things. She’s a teacher and an executive assistant. She’s got two different men and four children. She’s full of opposites but has one great passion—books. Confusing? She’s actually an avatar of two best friends and a symbol of their lives’ project.
When the author Barbara Pristovnik finished her first novel that was originally written in Slovene, she never dreamed of sharing her lunacy with the rest of the planet but the other half of the team Lea Dežman put her foot down and decided to translate it into English. Two absolute beginners were swirled into the overwhelming world of self—publishing and took their Sunday coffee dates to a completely different level. Addiction is the result.
