Great book.
I was a bit stunned at Robert Austin's proposal to Mia and I feared she would haul-ass.
Gabe is a sexy male who knows what he wants and he wants Mia, he just has a desire for more. He wants the ultimate life with her: children, marriage, forever. But Mia just isn't willing to accept that yet or hell, even consider it on most days.
Gabe never backs down and continues to shower Mia with love and affection in order to chip away at Mia's defensive walls.
The stories in this series are great. The books literally begin where the previous one ended and provide you, as a reader, a great view in to the character's life and how it progresses, which I just love. I am anxious to see how it all ends but at the same time, I don't want the story to end.

What the HELL!!!! And the cliffhanger omg!!! That is why I wait for the whole series otherwise I want to pull my hair out!!! Wow..... Now GABE is fricken alpha hot!!!! I know he's broken but your heart cracks for him!! Mia has her moments that I love her and other times want to spank her... Arghhh......,

What can I say about this series that I haven’t already said?.. Its just as amazing as I’ve come to expect from Fallowfield. Mia and Gabe are faced with different obstacles in their relationship. This installment really brought forward all of the frustrations these two usually keep bottled up. There is one thing for certain, these two really love each other. I am a mega fan of this series and these characters so I absolutely recommend it.
That ending was pretty shocking. I could not believe it was my Mia and Gabe. I have to say since I love these two so much and I want them to be happy a lot of the things they did to each other rubbed me the wrong way. They are both so broken but I know they're trying so I hope they find the help they need inorder to be together and happy. The sexy time is as always excellent I’m pretty sure I’m still blushing from some of the scenes in this installment. Hawt hawt hawt Fallowfield steams up the pages!

CJ Fallowfield just goes from strength to strength. The Honeymoon Period picks up right where that OMG cliff hanger from Forever & an Engine left off and also jumped forwards a bit in time. Without leaving spoilers, as I'd hate to ruin anyone's enjoyment of this amazing series, Gabe and Mia's relationship is really developing and it's a joy to see Mia started to learn to trust in Gabe's feelings for her and really let him deep inside her heart. They are not without their up's and down's which leads to more heated and very steamy scenes between them. I really loved the development of Lexi's story as well as getting to know Robert Austin who is pretty hot in his own right, it's easy to see where Gabe has developed his Alpha male attitudes from. These characters have really got under my skin and I just love how the books make me laugh, have heart breaking bits that make me cry, tender bits that make me want to fall in love again and seriously hot parts that well ... say no more, but I'm blushing. I can't wait for the final two books in the series, but at the same time I just want it to go on and on.

The author has done a wonderful job in keeping me interested in this story. The story keeps progressing forward nicely.
This next portion of the story takes us through about a month and half of their lives.
Gabe took care of Mia after her surgery. Mia and Gabe are finally in a good place in their relationship. Then Gabe gets into a tragic accident, Its Mia’s turn to show Gabe how much she loves him unconditional.

Gabe is recovering from his accident and he is struggling with his inability to do all that he used to before it happened. Mia is dealing with the diagnosis the doctor gave her after her surgery, but Gabe is having more of an issue that she is. He wants marriage and a family and Mia is not on board for that at all. Gabe's father has a talk with her and gives her an ultimatum. While I understood where he was coming from, I was surprised that Mia stayed afterwards. It ends up that something Gabe does pushes her away and they have to make a decision about the future of their relationship.
I really do love the relationship that is growing between Mia and Gabe. Gabe is still protective and had a crazy moment, but I think Mia is beginning to understand that he has issues to work out just as she does and they are better at dealing with them together. They share some pretty steamy moments in the midst of all this. Seriously hot moments. I can't wait to see what happens next with this couple.

I came across this series by accident, and I must admit I'm loving it.
With the continuations with Mia & Gabe relationship, the 4th book doesn't disappoint.
We watch Mia start to trust more in her instincts to open up more to Gabe, while allowing herself to start and grasp onto the true feelings to what he feels for her, and her for him. For the first time in her life, she's starting to see a future with Gabe.
To Gabe, Mia's his world and with that comes his tendencies to need and want to protect her. He's already lost dearly in his life, and he'll do anything in his power to protect Mia. But could his obsession to protect her, spiral into him becoming possessive of her ?
It's full of Hot sex. Which from reading the other books you'll understand that Mia & Gabe relationship is very steamy and physical.
There's emotions, laughs and tears that will keep you gripped till the end.
And of course CJ Fallowfield leaves us on yet another cliffhanger that keeps us longing for more.

Again the emotional rollercoaster is on! I am so up and down with these two. Sometimes I want them together and others apart! Im glad Mia steps it up to take care of Gabe after his accident. It helps her to face more of her own issues as well as his.
I am also happy for Lexi in that she gives Doug a chance. I hope these two pull through!
Mia starts to mature a little more but a few steps forward for her then she takes a huge leap back. Let's just say her maturing is now more on line for the typical 18 year old in the early stages of a relationship :-)

Oh boy! What an emotional rollercoaster!!! Mia made big strides in terms of her matureness, in my opinion. She seemed to settle down with her childish ways, most of the times but sometimes her true age showed and I was qiuckly reminded, again, thats she's young. Now Gabe, as much as I love him, made me shake my head. I dont know whats got him so hot and cold. I feel they both argue over the same issues and it never gets resolved and it makes me want to pull my hair out. I still love him though. I think if the characters were written ad an older age, then it wouldnt bother me so much. Oh well...my issue :)
I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHO THIS MURDERER IS!!!! I feel I think I know who but Im just not sure.
I hope these two get their issues resolved because they can be so good together.
All in all I am happy with the way Mia is growing as a person in a relationship and hope she continues to do so.

One word to sum up this book PHENOMENAL. The romance, lust, sex, and quick wit are on fire. Mrs. Fallowfield has has done it yet again, not that there were any doubts. Mia and Gabe are like my own dirty secret. Watching their character developments and personal growth along with their best friends Lexi and Doug is a true gem. I feel like I am experiencing everything along with them; that's how amazing the descriptions are. Just when you think everything is perfect BAM another twist has you itching for MORE, MORE, MORE. Now where is book five when you need it? I need it like yesterday, please. This series is a perfect balance of romance, love, and sex that takes you into a world you didn't know existed; that you want to discover more of. Now if I only had this series on DVD. ;)

HOT HOT HOT!!!! This series gets better and better with every book. Gabe is now recovering from his accident and Mia is by his side every step of the way. If I could use one word to describe these two it is PASSION! These two are so passionate about their feeling that it is explosive. Gabe is having a hard time facing some reality after his injuries and Mia is trying so hard to be supportive, but someone is bound to hit a breaking point. What happens when limits are pushed, tempers flare, and passion explodes??
I simply love and cannot get enough of Gabe and Mia. This series is a MUST READ!!!

Wow, just when I thought the Austin series couldn't get any more intense, I get to book four! From start to finish, I was anxious to see how Gabe and Mia would handle everything that's thrown at them. I absolutely love the writing style of these books - you truly feel as if you are inside the book with the characters, and you experience all of the turmoil of their relationship. Once again, the sex scenes are fabulously written, but the character development and plotline is really what hooks you. The ending is another cliffhanger - my stomach was in knots through the last several pages. Make sure you have Love & Loss ready to go, you won't want to wait to start book 5!

So caught up in Mia and Gabe they are my friends now after reading their story in 4 books.
To be so young and go through so much, working on a committed relationship is difficult without insecurities, jealousy, and several other hang-ups.
CJ tells their story to the reader by making it feel the reader is talking to or reader their friends email about her relationship.
The story is full passion; both sizzling sex and arguing, there is emotions from laughter to tears and once you are hooked CJ surprises you for you never know what will set off Mia or Gabe.

I got so tired reading this book ,cause of all the hot sex and there was a lot of sex, but who could help it with a sexy boy like Gabe.
We see a bit more of Lexi and Doug as they try to have a go at a relationship and we get close with Gabe dad. Gabe and Mia are up and down a lot in this book, we learn some fears and heartache the both have. I've really enjoyed seeing this couple grow little by little. We still don't know who is doing the murders ,but I have an idea.

Another addition to the series. Gabes recovery is slower than he wants and puts a strain on their relationship. Gabes becoming increasingly moody and possessive which creates problems, he struggles with not being abke to swim and it creates friction between him and Mia. Mia is determined to help Gabe and support him but is given an ultimatum to either face her demons or let Gabe go so he can pursue a future he has always dreamed of.

The angst and turmoil is still going strong in this installment; Gabe is having a rough time dealing with the aftermath of not only the accident, but Mia's diagnosis and surgery. It also doesn't help when Gabe's father basically gives Mia an ultimatum regarding their relationship. I'm so glad to see that Lexi is still a big part of this series, and her storyline is really well written, I love how well Ms. Fallowfield has done with the character development.

OK I'm at a total lost of words!!!!! Mia and Gabe, they have me feeling so torn!!!! So many emotions, I can actually feel the hurt, the anger, the love and I could go in forever! I'm shocked! This series just keeps getting better and better! DEFINITELY A MUST READ!!!! I just can't express that enough!

Love this series. I was super disappointed with how this one ended, even though I could understand where it came from and kind of saw it coming. I just didn't want it to be. I did feel like smacking Mia. She is purposely doing sexy and slutty things and then expects Gabe to be totally okay with it. Really? I think she needs to put herself in his shoes.

HOLY CLIFFHANGERS!!! This series is too die for...a young blooming romance with difficulty, problems and extreme experiences. Sexy, maddening, crying, laughing it's all in this series! If you haven't read any of CJ's work I suggest you get right on it. Once again, it's simply amazing!!!!
