Want to read
December 8, 2010LOL I love the idea of reading a book about someone with my name also living where I live... but having a very sexy neighbor. The non-fiction Simone wants a very sexy neighbor! Perhaps by reading this... very substantive and serious work of fiction, I can tip fate in my favor? Don't want any murderers after me though. Nope. Just sexy neighbors.

All I can say is WOW what a book!! I could not put this book down and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. You have a great tale of magic, love, murder, a sociopathic killer, and poltergeists out for revenge.
Celeste Devereux is killed but it is suspected that she was murdered. She owned a multi-million dollar property. That property was willed to her niece Simone Devereux. Once Simone moved into the property all the excitement begins. She has nightly visits from two brothers, the ornery poltergeists as she sleeps. Celeste and Simone look so much alike, the brothers don't realize the woman they are making love to is not Celeste. They don't know she's been murdered at this point. But talk about some hot loving. Whew!!! Simone thinks she's dreaming but soon realizes there is something more going on than erotic dreams.
Trent Grayson is Simone's neighbor. His job is government security. Not to give away any of the story, but he does what he needs to do to make sure Simone is safe. They develop a very close loving relationship. Trent knows who the murderer is and knows he will be coming after Simone. He vows to protect her at all costs and to bring the murderer to justice. The sex between Simone and Trent is steaming. Lets just say I will never think of a juicy apple pie and sauna tubs the same way again.
The poltergeists do pull some real shenanigans. They were cursed to live between worlds in the mirrors by the family of the murderer. They are out for revenge. And their revenge they do get. At this point of the book I absolutely could not stop reading. I didn't even answer a phone call because I didn't want to put the book down.
This is the first book by Cherie De Sues that I've ever read. But I have to say that she is an extremely talented writer. I was very quickly drawn into the story and into the characters lives and emotions. There was a lot of thought put into the actions of the poltergeists. It would take a lot of imagination to write this like it actually happened. Cherie did a wonderful job. I could actually picture the events in my mind as I read the story. This is a fast paced, spooky, erotic, romantic and sometimes humorous book.
If you love Paranormal, mystery and hot erotic romance, this is definitely the book for you.

What can be said about this book but hot, hot, and hot. This book is erotic, steamy and dangerous. The plot of this book is suspenseful trying to figure out who killed Celeste—was it her lover or maybe the two poltergeists that live in the home? Of course there happens to be that gorgeous, sexy guy next door that will try to be the hero and save Simone from whomever or whatever is after her.
Simone’s character is liberating, open-minded and ready for almost anything that comes her way. After she inherits her aunts home she is has the misfortune of finding out that her aunt was indeed murdered. Simone had a steamy, erotic first day in her new home after meeting her sexy next door neighbor, Trent. The two poltergeists did a wonder on her in down time in her bath. All I can say is it will leave you breathless with the actions that are delivered to her, a very nice welcome home gift. Then you have Trent, that has been drawn to Simone but can it be true love or something else, like her similarities to her Aunt Celeste? You will have fun reading about what dessert was used on Simone during one of their encounters during their love making.
This is my second book that I have read by Cherie De Sues and she is truly talented. I recommend that you read this book you will not regret it and don’t forget you will read about the dessert and you will never look at it the same.

audible:I enjoyed this old time ghost story,even the steamy scenes!Simone inherits a mansion,ghosts and a sexy neighbor from her aunt when she dies.Rhett Samuel Price was a fine narrator. I was given this book by the narrator,author or publisher free for an honest review.
