9 books51 followersCarrie Anne Ward grew up in the seaside resort Clacton on sea in Essex, England, with her mum and two brothers until she was 16 years old, and then moved with her mother to Colchester (where she still lives to this day) to go on to study Art and Design at the Colchester institute. However, after recovering from the illness glandular fever, which meant she couldn’t finish her degree, she went out into the world to become a working class citizen and a glamour model on the side.
For many years she would write story in her spare time, mostly horrors or supernatural, but never felt the passion to take it further. Her love for literature at school didn’t, at that point, over take her love of Art, but as she grew older her passion in writing surpass any other desire she ever had.
When BDSM erotic books took the world by storm, and what with Carrie having experience in this area, being a submissive, she finally found the genre in which she want to write about. Not to mention her love for erotica. Now at the age of 33 she has release her first erotic book and is currently writing the second part book in The Taylor Made Series, A Taylor Made Master.

I enjoyed this delightful treat. It's summer-themed which was perfect for the weather. Where I live, it's the rainy season so snuggled with a fleece blanket, and reading about those hot, steamy, and sexy scenes really set the mood.
This collection of works are teasing, in a way that they showcase an author's talent and would make you want to explore their other works. My favorite is "It Happened In Vegas", I really loved the twist and all I could say is what goes around comes around. Karma is a bitch and don't we know it.
Most of the stories were really freeing and some of the couplings happened in a public place, which added to the excitement. Some of what happened here may be one of your fantasies.

If you’re looking to beat the cold this winter, this collection of erotic short stories will warm you up.
I loved all of the stories, but my favorites were Throwing Caution to the Heat, It Happened in Vegas, and Summer Lovin’. I wouldn’t mind seeing those stories turned into a full-length novel because I’d love to know what happened to the characters.
The authors know how to write hot love scenes and I’ll be checking out more of their work.

It happened in Vegas, more romantic than erotic. 4 stars.
Summer lovin, not my spelling of loving but the author's. I knew the title was a bad sign. Three stars.

Seeing as this was free and had some of my favourite authors in it I jumped at the chance to read it. I'll be honest, not all of the stories appealed to me but majority I enjoyed. Each story was different and unique. A great collection to pick up and read when you just want a short naughty story to perk you up.
