An extremely vivid and emotional story for me(as Burias was my favourite character from the Word Bearers Trilogy), Torment follows up after the events of Dark Creed and shows us the consequences of his actions in that novel. The novel was fast paced, and we got to see Burias in all his daemonic glory before the end. While I hate the outcome, I really love that we got to see an additional piece focusing on our beloved Icon Bearer.

So, when's the next trilogy due out?

Decent epilogue to the trilogy - but not gonna lie, it could’ve been a third of the length with the same impact. Cool shit still
