Very informational read. Me as a virtual newcomer to the realm of invocation discussed in this book was delighted at how fantastic the subjects within this book were expanded on. Anyone interested in spirits and the like should definitely give this book a well-deserved read!

Mostly thorough resource to refer to and re-read periodically. The author is an excellent teacher. The new chapter on plant spirits gave me some things to ponder.

This is an extraordinary book with a no lie comprehensive guide to spirits and the like. It is very thorough in it's explanation of the different types of spirit entities. It covers animal spirits, plant spirits, ancestors as direct descendants or as part of the collective tribe. It covers the idea of spirit shells and of the collective spirit guidance when the individual spirit has moved on or reincarnated but is still available for advice. It's a very detailed and somewhat intimidating read. The discussion of the great ones, while valid and helpful. The descriptions here border on personal gnosis in their identification and following breakdown. It is the way in which it is presented that feels like personal gnosis. But I do find a lot of our interactions and understanding of the spirits will come off in this way due to the very nature of working with the spirits. This book is phenomenal and I am so happy I have a copy and I HIGHLY recommend you read it. It is such a great book.
