Aislin had learned that she could be the hero of her own story and now she was about to find out that just because someone looks like a hero, that doesn't mean that they are.

It's been a few months since 17-year-old geek, Aislin Blake was kidnapped and discovered that her parents are spies. Even with all that weirdness, life should be perfect for her, right? Her parents are home more often now and Lucas Chase, the boy she's been obsessed with for years, is now her boyfriend.

Except that her parents keep bringing work home with them, which not only brings her Mystery Man back into her life, but also gives her the mystery of an incorrectly translated code that she just happened to see on one of the papers she wasn't supposed to be looking at. Not only that, but is it just her, or is everything not exactly perfect with her boyfriend?

Jessica Jaster lives in Iowa with her husband and her (currently) one year old and two year old. She has always had an over-active imagination and has been making stories up in her head for herself for as long as she can remember and finally decided to start writing them down (when she is not busy chasing the two little ones around anyway) and sharing them with anyone interested. Most ideas she has so far for her novels are for young adults, some fantasy, some science fiction and some normal contemporary story-lines.

This is a continuation of geekster Aislin's life a few months after she survived the fire in the warehouse when she was kidnapped. Her parents still ignore her and the hottie she was totally crushing on is her boyfriend now! Go Geek!!! The Mystery Man is still around and is a total sweetheart.

I'm loving the whole geek girl books and can't wait to read the next one in this series. It's short, fast paced and a fun read.
