I think Erotica books take a level of skill that not all of us possess. Everyone might think they can write Erotica, especially after 50 Shades of Crap, but not all can. Erotica is not just putting a bunch of sex in a book, though many believe that to be the case. It's telling an important story around the sex and the eroticism. Just like every other book, an Erotica needs a plot... an interesting enough plot to keep the readers attention. All of that being said, I think this author is on the verge of being a very good Erotica author. I enjoyed this book and look forward to what she writes next. Like EVERY book, there were a few things that could use some improvement, but we humans learn by making mistakes and practicing. I say to this author, KEEP WRITING. Keep doing what you love not matter what other people say or do. You are you and not anyone else. So, even if some people may not enjoy Erotica or agree with it, you should not let that bother you. I believe that if you are an avid reader of Erotica, you will LOVE this book. Also, if you are not an avid reader but like to take the freedom of choosing an Erotica from time to time, you will enjoy this book as well. Worth the four stars.

What can I say about this book? HOLY WOW!!! Kate Benson Has DONE IT AGAIN!! I just love this young author, the details she puts into this book was marvelous, she is a genius I swear. I’ve read her other books, but this one was truly different and very intriguing. The story line gripped me on page one and I was not able to put down this book. Its fast and quick, but Kate doesn’t leave anything out.
The characters, Callie omg I LOVE her, she is amazing in this book. She is an escort, and she does a wonderful job at it!! Then you have the sexy, Tommy. Oh he is so hot!! What is there relationship? You will have to read it and find out what happens.
Kate, I will say my mouth was wide open when I was reading the first chapter, this book is hot and I will recommend this book to my friends. Well done on another brilliant book.

I can honestly say I really enjoyed this book of Kate Benson's A story of Love and Honor. Granted their are a ton of stories out their about escorts and or call girls as well as Dom's and Subs, however this one was a bit different. Callie's job to get by was to be an escort so to speak, However her best friend Tommy didn't really like it but he honored her choice of making her money or did he? Will Tommy continue to stick around as her supporter and best friend or will he confess his true feelings for her. Callie knows that she to has feelings for Tommy but does not want it to interfere with her job. Can friends really become lovers? I recommend this book for a short read you will totally enjoy it.

Can I just say WOW!!! I am so glad this is only the first story in the life of Callie, because I know I was not ready for the story to end.
Callie thinks she has it all figured out. She has everything just how she wants it, or that is what she believes. She is an escort and becomes anything her clients desire and she is happy with that. Callie states, (in a conversation with Tommy)
“I’m fine with what I am. I love what I do. And you know the rules: I do whatever I want with whoever I want. I own me, not you, not my parents, not my clients, ME. Callie. I’ve got killer tits, a bangin’ ass and a tight pussy. I don’t need to pity fuck anyone; baby and I damn sure don’t need a fuckin’ pimp or anyone telling me how to run my shit.’
Tommy is a gorgeous, doctor, Callie’s roommate and friend.
There is more behind Tommy’s and Callie’s relationship then meets the eye. This is not your boy meets girl and falls in love romance. This is Sex, lies, love, friendship, and so much more. The characters in this book are night and day, you have Dante the extreme client to Keaton the cross-dressing client. This is just a job to Callie; it is a means to an end. But when feelings get involved a new level of chaos is thrown in the mix.
This is a great, sexy, lust filled; quick read…I can’t wait to see what comes next for Callie in her life occupation and in love…

Kate Benson gave me an ARC of "The Escort" for an honest review.. Well here it is.

I didn't expect this at all ! I knew that it was going to be an erotica story (you just have to read the title to figure it out) but seriously WOW ! Not every authors have the ability to write erotica books especially after being known for writing a pure romance series. I like that Kate took risks, it's what an author should do, write about different stories and surprise her readers.

I have to say that when I start reading the book I was kind of shocked and I disliked Callie's character but as I progressed into the story I saw things differently.
Callie is a whore, yes it's a fact. At least she's honest with herself.
Tommy... *Sigh* He's my book boyfriend crush. I felt so much for him: compassion; hope; love...

Kate Benson have an extraordinary imagination and I can't wait to read more of this series.

Oh Wow!! This book is an amazing read it's so different from what we've seen from Kate Benson before with The Promise Series. Callie is an escort she's good at what she does has regular clients and earns good money she lives with her best friend Tommy a hot tattooed doctor. I was a little confused about their relationship at first but has I read more of the story it was clear to see that he's in love with her and has been for a long time but does Callie feel the same and what will it mean with regards to her work.
Definitely worth 5* it's a quick and very hot read can't wait to see where Callie and Tommy take us next in this new series it's certainly left me with a book hangover.

I was honoured to get an ARC of this fab book from kate.... I LOVE the promise series and she warned me this was completely different... Was i scared i wouldn't like it? Yes.... Did i like it....no.......i LOVED every second of it..... callie the no-holes-barred escort is loveable from the start as is the very hot Tommy (swoon warning ladies) ...... It is a great story about doubts and love conquering all... My only criticism.... Not long enough kate :p .... Its ok i see it is book 1 and i am grateful it didnt end in a cliffhanger.....once again kate AMAZEBALLS ..... I love Kate Benson's Promise Series but The Callie Leveaux Series is completely different. Escort is a great quick erotica read. It's raw and gritty and has a lot of sex in it.
Callie is an escort that has very little limits. She offers kind of sex therapy for clients. I enjoyed reading about her clients, they are an interesting bunch. It's a very interesting read. Callie lives with her best friend Tommy. Tommy is a doctor. Tommy has feelings for Callie but Tommy wants Callie all to himself. Tommy is a very accepting person and he want nothing more than for Callie to love him the way he loves her.
The ending left me wanting to read more of Callie and Tommy's story. I am so glad this is book one because that means we will get more.

WOW...JUST WOW. I was at a loss for words when I finished this book. Kate warned me that it would be completely different from The Promise Series and she was totally right. Callie doesn't hold anything back. Her story is intriguing and her relationship with Tommy turns out to be amazing. He's hot and totally swoon worthy. You will not regret reading this. Oh and did I forget to mention that it is STEAMING HOT!!!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I began reading Escort. I have read The Promise Series by Benson, and I thought this book would be different. I was right! It exceeded my expectations...it was AWESOME!

Callie is a highly paid escort to a select group of clients. I thought she would be a weak woman who entered this profession because of a horrible, dark past. I also thought she would have no control of what she did as well. WOW...was I wrong! Callie is probably one of the strongest, most controlled female characters I have seen in a while. However, in my opinion, this becomes one of her faults. At times, especially where Tommy is concerned, I wanted to take my Kindle and hit her with it and knock some sense into her. Speaking of Tommy, TOTAL PACKAGE...unconditional love, smart (except sometimes where Callie is concerned), and a sexy hottie.

Escort is a book that is quite different from a lot of books in the romance genre today. It really hooked me from the first page and didn't let me go until I finished the last page which I did in a matter of 2 hours. Mind you, the book is short, but it is intense. Kate Benson is rapidly becoming a writer to watch. She has a way of hooking readers and having them waiting on pins and needles for her next book. She also has the ability to really connect her readers with her characters. They become like real people, and you have to remind yourself that they aren't real. You will definitely remember each and every character in both of her series that she puts to paper. If there are any of you readers who may be hesitant about reading this because it's about an escort, don't let that deter you. Benson will take whatever preconceived notions you think you have about the subject matter and completely make you throw them out of the window. Another great book from Kate Benson!

DAMN I seriously had a love hate relationship with this book.

I have to say Escort was a new kind of read for me.

I seriously thought I had read it all but Callie in this book shed a whole new light on a escorts life style. The sex is this book was AMAZING! Kate has some darn good writing skills.

I don't really want to give to much away because it such a short read. I will say Callie is a girl you will just fall in love with her character.She has attitude and sass in all the right places. I can no wait to read more of her!! I gave 5 stars because Callie really touched me and my heart wrapped around her.

I feel for her so much. Than we have Tommy damn Kate could not have wrote a better man for this book she hit the nail on the head. Tommy I cant even explain but SEXY pry tastes like

I went into this book blind. It was given to me in exchange for an honest review.

To begin, I just want to say that I really enjoyed Callie's character. I like that she is up front and comfortable with who she is as an escort and with her sexuality. The scenes in the book were very graphic, but nonetheless, sexy. Tommy is probably my favorite character though. I love his dedication to Callie, and from the beginning I was rooting for him. You can feel his unconditional love for him in your bones and to me, that is the best kind of character, and the best kind of writing.

This was my first Kate Benson book and the only reason I did not rate it 5/5 is because I wish the story was longer and just a little more in depth. But now, I am on the second one and getting to read from Tommy's POV, so I'm sure I'll be getting the depth I've been craving. I'm excited to finish the series and see what else Kate Benson has in store for her readers. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone look for a quick, intense, hot read that is still beautiful in its own unique way.

When I read the first sentence, I thought, "Holy cow! What am I stepping in to?!" I mean, I know the title is Escort, but this girl is beyond that definition! So what did I do? Kept reading! At first, I wasn't sure how to rate this book. I wasn't crazy about it. It made me uncomfortable to envision the men, everyday men with families, and know this really happens. I will never look at the color pink in the same way! Kate puts it all out there. Her story flowed with emotions that strangled my heart. I wanted to smack Callie upside the head and scream, "Wake up! You're missing out on the real deal!" My heart broke for Tommy as he watched Cal leave, as he watched his love walk away.
You go, Kate Benson! Keep writing and I can't wait until Book 2!

Callie was one crazy chick but not in a bad way she just had her own way of living her life. She was a highly paid sex fiend and she was not afraid to do what she wanted and to explore her sexual side.
