آقا من واقعا نمیتونم این حشر سخنرانی های انگیزشی و کتاب های خودیاری رو توی فرهنگ آمریکایی درک کنم. همه هم عین هم،همه پرفروش ترین های نیویورک تایمز و فلان برتر سال. محتواها تکراری با کمی تغییر توی فهرست مطالب. و اینهمه پادکست، تد تاک، اینهمه سخنرانی با ببیننده ميليوني توی یوتوب. چرا آخه؟ فرهنگ آمریکایی واقعا اینهمه سخنرانی دوست داره؟ اینا هم همون پامنبری های خودمونن ظاهرا. دوست دارن بشینن و یکی براشون از بدیهیات حرف بزنه.

مسئله‌ای که مطرح است، این‌ست: جداً چرا یک نفر هم در نوشتن کتاب انگیزشی موفق نبوده؟ مشکل از نویسندگان است که آدم‌حسابی‌هاشان می‌دانند که با نوشتن چنین چرندیاتی، کسی از زندگی حظ ممتد نمی‌برد، یا مشکل از من است که اسم این دسته از کتاب‌هایی که در آن، ثغور تفکر نویسنده از قطع کتاب بیشتر نمی‌رود را انگیزشی گذاشته‌ام؟ نمی‌دانم.
مسائل مورد بحث در این‌گونه کتاب‌ها به‌قدری سطحی‌اند که فقط برای احمق‌های کور جذابند؛ بدبختانه، اکثریت قریب‌به‌اتفاق جامعه را همین احمق‌های کور تشکیل می‌دهند. من نمی‌دانم، چطور یک جوان ایرانیِ نوعی، می‌خواهد خودش را با نسخه‌های یک نویسنده‌ی بی‌دغدغه‌ی غربی همگام کند و زندگی‌اش را از نو بسازد؟ خدایا بسه دیگه.

I recommend reading See You At the Top and then Steps to the Top. This is a great refresher on all of the details presented in See You. Reinforcing the information over and over again is the best way to make sure it sticks. I have a lot of highlights and notes, so the next step is to review that!

Would not recommend to anyone. If you must have Ziglar, read his other books first. I love Zig, and would love to meet him. But this book did not really scratch where I was itching.
