The Dreambody in Relationships

Rate this book
Integrating family therapy with dream and body work, the relationship between classical analysis and information theory is explored. Dreambody work is applied to groups of individuals, hologram theory, the collective unconscious, and the discoveries of modern physics and biology, to show how each individual's awareness affects the whole.

Woah😮 nie jestem w stanie ocenić jej rzetelnie bo bardzo mało czytałam o psychologii relacji, ALE muszę przyznać, że jestem naprawdę pod dużym wrażeniem. Cała ta teoria śniącego ciała, sygnałów pierwotnych i wtórnych, no i kwestia snu, nieświadomości. To ma tak dużo sensu (i jak bardzo trudne jest to wszystko!)… mam poczucie, że przez tę książkę otworzył się przede mną jakiś nowy, obcy mi świat psychologii. Będę czytać dalej❤️😭

Unconscious signals...? Oh my! Beware vocal tones and unfinished sentences.... And what the hell is "the global village"? Look around, folks, and let me know if you spot a global village.

Editorial Review: The groundbreaking application of Mindell's dreambody work to couples, families, and the global village expands our potential for meaning and fulfillment in relationships. The founder of the innovative therapeutic method known as "dreambody," or process work, shows how body signals (including gestures, vocal tones, and unfinished sentences) are the reflections of dreams and can be unfolded to enhance even the most difficult interpersonal processes.

Too boring to finish for me, which makes sense considering this is written for a practicing therapist and not your average person I assume.
