This one is hard to rate. I gave it 5 stars because it helped me past my Ham Technician exam so it did do that.
It isn't profound or earth shattering of material. It's a study guide that help me past my test only missing 2 of them.

A little complex & dry for a layman (or laywoman, as the case may be) but probably a good refresher or reference book for people familiar with the field.
