For the most part, most of the information could be googled. However, in the later stages of the book there is clear advice on the anti-aging treatments and what ingredients to look out for in those creams. However, all of these methods often cost money, so maybe it is aimed at a middle class person and above and not for those on a lower income. I don't know, sometimes these kinds of books always make a woman feel worse about herself. By the time we can really pull back the years, it will be too late for most of us, so maybe more acceptance is needed.
