I got this book because I have already read two of Justin Albert’s other books, “Motivation: Getting Motivated, Feeling Motivated, Staying Motivated” and “Career Development: The Essentials of Effective Career Planning and Development.” Each book I read by this author has given me “permanent take-away’s,” that is, there are things in his books that have stayed with me. Ideally, his books should be re-read occasionally or they can be used as a desk reference so the knowledge that you gain becomes a natural part of your personality. There are specific sections in his books that “speak to my condition.” This will be different for everyone but everyone will gain deep personal growth from all of Albert’s books.

There is one very special part in this book that I keep re-reading. It shows such deep wisdom I want it to stay with me always. It is the section on romantic relationships and how they are can be tied to our self-confidence. I love this section.

The book explains the root causes of low self-confidence and lays out a 21 day plan for improving your self-confidence which will in turn improve the overall quality of life. The author has the unique ability to see deeply into those elements of life that lead to happiness. What could be more valuable than that? A great book for anyone and everyone.

I loved this book! I was eager to check it out because I have read author Justin Albert's other books and always find them motivational and inspiring. This one was no exception.

Albert discusses various factors which can erode our confidence, many of which occur during childhood. He also encourages readers experiencing low self-confidence to reflect upon their own experiences, as well as to practice positive affirmations and learn from the habits of very confident people they know.

The book wraps up with a 21-day self-confidence overhaul strategy featuring NLP techniques. I've become particularly interested in NLP lately, and I loved reading about it in this context.

If you or someone you know is feeling a bit less than confident, I would definitely recommend reading this book. The author approaches self-confidence and self-actualization from a totally different angle than the other self-help books I've read!

Helpful and Informative

This book begins with helpful advice: “Self-confidence is the most important attribute you can have. It gives you the affirmation to move forward, to reach toward your goals and attain self-actualization.”

This guide gives you the steps needed to gain confidence in your life. The author defines self-confidence then goes on to describe some of the attributes. Chapter 2 was powerful because the author helps you to understand why you may lack confidence.

What follows is a 21-day plan to gain confidence and improve the way you feel about yourself. I found this to be a useful and informative book.

Confidence is key. Without it, we run the risk of losing ourselves and to be trembled upon by those around us with more willpower and conviction. We all know this. Despite the, so many of us in today's society don't act like it. Instead we, blindly follow others and let our own voice be drowned by the crowd.

If you're one of these people, this book will benefit you greatly. The author is clearly well-versed on the topic of nurturing self-confidence.

Let's face it. Confidence is key! Any tool people can use to boost their self-confidence is a positive thing. As a psychologist, I applaud anyone who wants to improve themselves, and this book can really help. Justin Albert gives advice one can follow and inspires the reader to believe in themselves. Some people are born confident, but most struggle with it. If you're one of those struggling, I recommend you pick up a copy today.

I felt that there were a few good pieces of advice throughout this book, but overall it really lacked a lot of content. I truly felt the author could have expanded on the ideas more. I felt there was little research done, the provided examples were brief or missing and overall should have been more thorough.
if you're looking for something with depth to truly help with a confidence issue, this isn't the book for you

Everyone can use more confidence: life is full of challenges and confidence helps us meet those challenges successfully. Highly recommended for those who need to armor-plate their souls against all -- and that means you.

Justin Albert has a knack for producing easy-to-read, informative books, and this one is no exception. At 61 pages, it is just the right size filled with just the right information for the person looking to improve their life that is already armed with the get up and go to do so. Highly recommended.

Confidence...I need it! I hesitated buying this but thought, what do I have to lose? The title caught me. This is a very good book to help people who struggle with shyness. That be me!! I found it helpful and the advice seemed easy enough for me to follow. So I'm giving it a shot. I would highly recommend this read if you have confidence issues. I'm going to give Justin Albert 5 stars.

Great short read on building confidence. Most people have a lack of confidence in at least one area of their lives. This book is especially great for anyone who was bullied or had a difficult childhood, or for anyone who wants to improve one's social life or work performance. The tools in this book include a 21 day approach and also a quick guide on motivational theory.

Whether you have always had issues with self-confidence, or have recently fallen into a rut, this book will be of great value to you. CONFIDENCE empowers you with a doable 21 day plan which will improve and/or restore your confidence and self-esteem. Highly recommended.

This is an easy to read book that'll help anybody with confidence issues and the 21 day challenge is rather unique and very enticing. Once your done with this book you'll be well on your way to having a better life. Recommended!

We all suffer from low self-confidence sometimes. Justin Albert shows us how to overcome loss of self-confidence in different aspects of our lives and move forward. Very informative.

Very quick read, 1 hour maybe but definitely worth it
