I got this book because I have already read two of Justin Albert’s other books, “Motivation: Getting Motivated, Feeling Motivated, Staying Motivated” and “Career Development: The Essentials of Effective Career Planning and Development.” Each book I read by this author has given me “permanent take-away’s,” that is, there are things in his books that have stayed with me. Ideally, his books should be re-read occasionally or they can be used as a desk reference so the knowledge that you gain becomes a natural part of your personality. There are specific sections in his books that “speak to my condition.” This will be different for everyone but everyone will gain deep personal growth from all of Albert’s books.
There is one very special part in this book that I keep re-reading. It shows such deep wisdom I want it to stay with me always. It is the section on romantic relationships and how they are can be tied to our self-confidence. I love this section.
The book explains the root causes of low self-confidence and lays out a 21 day plan for improving your self-confidence which will in turn improve the overall quality of life. The author has the unique ability to see deeply into those elements of life that lead to happiness. What could be more valuable than that? A great book for anyone and everyone.
