Dual Winner - 2016 Nautilus Gold Award (Women) and Silver Award (Business & Leadership) Women comprise 51 percent of the world's population, make up over half the workforce, and control 85 percent of consumer decisions. Never before have women been so degreed or so represented as decision makers in all areas of influence. Why, then, do we still feel as if success eludes us? Why do we sometimes struggle to keep our drive alive? The linear, heads-down, forward-at-all-cost approach to success that has been forged by men will never take us to the heart of fulfillment. Women are not designed for the straight and narrow path. But until now there hasn't been another choice.

Pioneering corporate coach Wendy Wallbridge recognizes this unmet need of professional women for an alternative path to success. Spiraling The 5 Co-Creative Powers for Women on the Rise offers a cogent, step-by-step roadmap for professional women to unlock their power and achieve success on their own terms. It's not original, but there are valid truths to the theory that peace of mind comes from within and you have to accept and love yourself, so you can treasure others and affect change in the world.
This self help book is compiled of numerous quotes from famous people and teaches self awareness specifically for women, to use these values to heal themselves and get ahead in their careers by promoting a balance between a work ethic of achieving goals and a personal sense of fullfillment by love and acceptance of yourself and others.

Another snake-oil you can do it book. It wants you to believe that it is supports the myth that American capitalism is open to all, while quietly perpetuating the actual racist, sexist, creedist truth.
All success takes is for you to turn your self to a successful purpose.
This is a thinly disguised Pealist/Catholic values book.
