I love the concept of the book. Having a murder mystery to solve while doing a word search is fun. I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if solving the puzzle helped solve a clue. This was excellent on a vacation on the beach or on a plane. You can pick it up and put it back down quite quickly without losing your place or train of thought. Each page has more of the story and also a word search. The word search relates to the theme on the page beside it.

An enjoyable word search puzzle book with a cosy mystery attacked. I read a page a day and completed one puzzle each day. While the mystery was not too taxing, it was well-written and an enjoyable enough story.
I would have enjoyed the book more if the puzzles helped to solve the crime. But they didn’t. The puzzles just have words related to the topic or theme of the page opposite.
