Smut from the late 80s about “a woman whose search for sexual delight takes her ever deeper into the twilight world where sensation is all and reality blurs”, this was a good fun read. Almost a coming-of-age tale, this follows our un-named narrator (who has striking red hair) into adult life and adult sensations, though it’s thankfully free of any BDSM nonsense and the raunchy bits are nicely explicit. Naturally episodic, though well-written and following a plot-line of sorts, this was an entertaining read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
