I was surprised at how much such a short course could cover on the essentials of contract. I didn't expect to get enough information on legal language to draft contracts well, but this was a good conceptual overview of the legal issues in contracts.

Not bad. I enjoyed it. It has lots of interesting and useful cases to elaborate the ideas. The professor was enthusiastic.
The course material is simple to understand but it's something to learn and relearn again to remember all of these points about contracts.

Absolutely fantastic set of lectures that are digestible for anyone. Frank Cross's excellent delivery, incredible intelligence, and quick wit make every minute enjoyable. I have re-listened several times, and find myself coming back to both the Contracts and Negligence and Torts lectures every couple of years. Highly recommend.

Business Law: Contracts by Frank Cross is a pretty engaging introduction to contract law in the United States. There's a lot of hedging, as there's only so much that can be conveyed in 8 lectures, and the law wasn't exactly up to date for the 1990s, let alone 2020s. Even so, it was pretty enjoyable, and seems to act as a basic primer for someone thinking about these things. Worth a quick gander.

This was a good course. I used it to help me prepare to teach business law and as a refresher on contracts from law school. If you want to use it for some slimier purpose, I can suggest it. Author is very clear and explains concepts well.
