This is the most incredible book I have ever read.
It works too.
It's not easy to understand at first but once you get the hang of it it is awesome. Plus it can be a tad expensive with everything needing to be fresh all the time.
12 Weeks and a life changing experience.
We made a slight mistake the first time we did it - we cut everything out on day one of week one and then got to the second phase section at week five and read "by now you should have phased everything out..." still no matter; it did the job.
When you consider I am a died in the wool carnivore and have never ever considered a meat free meal in my life before to find that I was more than happy to go out for a meal with friends and order a vegetarian option is incredible. It gets even better; when you get to the final phase and can actually FAST for a day or two...!
My only regret? That I didn't stay on it - at level 2 at the very least - permanently.
This review is here because we're going for it again. 12 weeks to a healthier us. Yay!
