Blackwater
After British government spy – Jason Croft – is sent in on his final mission, on his way back to base he is shot down and England’s greatest secret agent is lost forever. However, just a few weeks later, MI7 learns of another notorious terrorist group who are suspected of planning something of catastrophic proportions, under the enforcement of their new leader; Blackwater.
With Croft out of the picture, MI7 are running out of time and, as a result, they are left with one option; they need somebody they can trust, they need someone with experience… they need Andrew Lone.
Andrew Lone is a recovering alcoholic, a patriot and, most importantly, an ex-government super spy. After Lone is found by the river banks of his home town, he is called back into action one final time.
By posing as a government safety administrator, Lone must infiltrate Blackwater’s headquarters – a children’s toy factory out looking Cheddar Gorge – and spend the next few days snooping around in order to piece together the clues to Blackwater’s plan before it’s too late.
Will Lone manage to figure out the plan in time? Or will England perish under Blackwater’s regime?

It was a very in depth book. It's characterization was excellent and I could visualize the location that was describe. I am not into the espionage/ spy novels but I really recommend book despite that. It was an easy read also.

Excellent story - a perfect spy thriller full of unexpected twists and turns. Andrew Lone is like James Bond and John McClain from Die Hard fame all rolled into one. Highly recommend!
