Leaves me to interpret that for myself; and being someone who works specifically in telesales, half the book speaks about strategies that sound great, but I would never look to use in my line of work.

Easy read that's packed with value. Referrals are an excellent source of leads for business, but it's often difficult to get them. You get one here or there, but you never get a flood.
Gordon's way of developing a referral system really can you give 10x referrals with less effort. Now, it's a different approach. No one is going to be a salesman for you. But, his methods get you to be a value-forward friend and contact of others, so others share your valuable and free offer with their contacts. And then, you have more authority and potential leads.
It's worth a read. Well-written and can be a great way to kickstart your business. I'm working on my referral system now!
