What happens when the line separating reality from simulation disappears?

Nueva Bay Area, California. 2084 A.D.

It's the dawn of a new era. After years of research and development, Cyborganic Solutions Corporation has finally created a humanoid robot indistinguishable from a natural human. They call it a Simulant.

Vincent Shaw feels like his life has been one disaster after another. Despite having a good job at Cyborganic Solutions, his love life is in shambles. His closest companion is an AI named Daisy, an entity he created in secret at home.

On the big day of the unveiling of the first Simulant, the building where Vincent works is bombed by terrorists. During the chaos, Vincent rescues one Simulant from destruction and uploads Daisy into it. The consequences of this will not only place him at a crossroads in his life, but also in the crosshairs of many deadly organizations.

Now fugitives on the run, Vincent and Daisy find themselves struggling to make sense of the feelings growing between them. But as they fall deeper in love, they also fall deeper into danger. Soon they uncover a conspiracy so vast and disturbing it will turn everything they thought they once knew about their world upside down.

In a world where lies can be manipulated into truth, how can anyone know what is real?
