This book changed my life. It’s has made me healthier, happier and more wise. It helps me connect better with people and has trickled down into my parenting as well. The benefits of the practice in this book have continued to deepen for me, the longer I use it (even though I haven’t cracked it open in almost a year.

I read this book as part of meditation therapy and learned so great skills that have calmed my mind and helped me deal with myself and others in a much more relaxed way. I’ve noticed a huge change in my temperament. I recommend this along with a trained professional to guide you through the process.

An excellent resource for MiCBT practitioners. Follows the step-by-step approach of therapy, with useful rationale and reminders of technique for clients. This book can be a used stand alone for personal growth, or as an adjunct to therapy.
