Poppy and Corbin have a nice story. The way Poppy lost her fiancé Drew the night they got engaged was tragic. I thought it was just a random act of violence and a random crazy person trying to rob them but to find out that it was planned was messed up entirely and then what happened to Corbin and his wife Rebecca by the same people who killed Drew. A secret organization that Drew and Corbin joined in college are behind not one but two murders that are let known in the book. The ending though was amazing. I had a feeling that Corbin wasn't going to freak out when Poppy told him she was the Cupid Killer. I love it and cannot wait for the next book to release.
