This was a good read. This story is VERY different from the first story in the series and I enjoyed both stories very much. This story is about learning to heal past wounds and building trust. It was beautiful to see both characters overcome their struggles and come together. I’m excited to jump in to book 3!

It wasn't bad. Not as good as Calm Me imo. Forest was playing too many games for my tastes. He was wishy washy. This was an age gap romance(Forest is 46 and Wynter is 32) and Wynter, the younger person in the relationship was more mature and intentional than him. They had good chemistry, I just wish we could've did without the hot and cold behavior.

Frost lowkey got on my nerves. Like y’all are grown, you should be able to communicate why you run every time the mother of your child calls you. Either come correct or not at all. Wynter let Frost slide too much for me, stand on business sis! After they got it together tho, I enjoyed them. They definitely had great chemistry.

The sexual chemistry was there andddd that’s about it. I had to get myself together multiple times during this story cus something about a 46 year old man lacking communication and consideration just sent my blood pressure up. Like sorry I wish the author would’ve given more depth to Frost cus his reason for being weird and low effort was CRAZY. Like you have a sick child and instead of communicating that you keep dipping off into the distance and not even following up???? Like yeah FMC was D*ck Dizzy cus he did it EVERYTIME and the story we going with is “he’s been used before so he’s scared to open up” but ain’t have no problem opening miss girl up yeah ABSOLUTELY NOT 🍅🍅🍅. I’m sorry but he’s 46 well established his child is grown lmaoo he ain’t deserve no happy ending.

Frost and Wynter!!
I was intrigued by Frost and was looking forward to this book when he showed up and showed out for Storm in Calm Me. Frost was leery about getting involved with Wynter due to his past relationships not working out due to his daughter. Wynter was confident in herself to know who and what she wanted. Once they gave into their attraction, I really enjoyed them as a couple. Their chemistry and passionate love scenes were off the charts. I knew that I was going to enjoy reading Frost and Wynter's book, and my anticipation didn't steer me wrong. This was a great age-gap romance that you will enjoy as well.

Impress me was very impressive
At first I thought Frost was on some bullshit and just using Wynter for sex and that’s. I also thought that Rashida was on some bullshit too, I thought she was using their daughter’s illness as an excuse to get Frost. I do love that Frost was finally open to tell Wynter about his daughter and her illness. I hated that he had Wynter out hear feeling like he really didn’t like her like claimed. I do understand why he was so hesitant about telling her. But he can’t assume every woman is like the women in past. I am glad that Frost bossed up and let himself be loved by a woman who wanted to love him for him.

Wynter & Frost!!! These two here. I love that Wynter wasn’t young & ratchet. She was strong & assertive & passionate. She didn’t have to dim her light for Frost. She did have to put her foot down & she had all the fears any woman has. Frost being closed off was understandable but after a while it was so annoying I almost wanted them to quit. He gave her more confidence in herself & that’s what a partner should do! The intimacy was 🥵 🔥 I need my girl to show me some of those moves!!!

Beautiful live story!
Wynter and Frost were always attracted to one another but both hesitant to venture into a relationship because of the age gap and feelings being denied! Frost was scared she wouldn't accept all that went with his life including his daughter Delaney and her lifelong illness. Thankfully he decided to become vulnerable and they got their HEA! Great read, I really enjoyed it! Can't wait to see if Peace gets her HEA like Wynter and Nature!

Baecation Me Now!!!
Wynter and Frost took me on a ride. I love when there is possession and purpose with love. Frost should’ve handled certain situations better and lead with honest communication. The Baecation was everything and got me planning one just like it for myself.
