I had the opportunity to meet Hannah Corbin at her San Francisco book signing, and she was everything I hoped she’d be, warm, genuine, and full of positive energy.

I’ve taken Hannah’s classes on Peloton for five years, and she has completely rewired how I think about stretching and recovery. Her mindset and motivation have become part of my daily routine, so seeing that same authenticity in person was amazing.

Her 52-card deck is a perfect reflection of her approach. It is practical, inspiring, and easy to incorporate into everyday life. It’s already a beautiful showpiece on my coffee table and a great reminder to pause and move with intention.

If you love Hannah on screen, you’ll love her even more in this format.

I really like this collection. Personally I always skip stretching because I just want to stretch “the areas I need” and I never know what a class will address. I love the card deck ability to “choose my own adventure.” However, if you prefer structure, there are some templates sequences suggested as well.

Hannah is one of my fave Peloton instructors, so when she announced her new book in one of her classes the other day I knew I had to get it! It came in today, and I binged it while quickly going through all 52 stretches. I ❤️ the cards! Not only are they witty and educational, but what a unique and mobile way of making stretching fun while encouraging a healthy daily routine. I'm considering purchasing a few more copies to give as Christmas gifts to friends and family that may need a gentle reminder to "treat your body like it's someone you love." #ButDidYouStretchTho

I love this book! Stretching is my favorite part of my day, and Hannah makes it so easy with this book. The multiple stretch options broken out by area of the body are so helpful when I’m feeling tense in an area, and I love the stretch designs she has for different scenarios. Plus Hannah is an absolute doll, and I love her personality woven throughout!
