Hey, so if I could hire Miss Crane to personally write me books for a year for 3 million dollars, I would. Now where would I find that money? Hard to say, but I have the will okay!
On a more serious note. I have immerse myself in these books for the past two years now and when I found out about Mutual Obsession coming out, I was (pun intended) obsessed. Being able to see Xavier and Hunter’s complex yet powerful relationship brought up all the feels. The distrust that lives alongside the longing and love, how two people can try their hardest to stay apart but remain inevitable. It’s real, it’s raw and it makes you ache in all the best ways.
You can’t help but love Miles’ steady, quiet storm. Seeing him open himself to these men, protecting without hesitation and slowly pushing past his bounds to trust. He’s the epitome of lethal innocence. The kind of character with layers you want to peel back and yearn for him to let you.
And Matthew…God bless his soul. Our earnest, warm and positive chaos of an angel. He deserves nothing but the best and despite he’s first encounter with the trio together, he stays. I need more Matthew in my life and I know he’ll never change. But he may change these men…for the better.
I do wish we got to know more of what happened the first time around between Xavier and Hunter but I trust the process. Already itching to see where these four go and what their mutual attraction turns into, outside of Hunter and Xavier’s history and anchoring bond. Until then, I’ll be re-reading the Chain Reaction series because don’t even get me started on those five.

I loved this book. Since reading all the other books i have been waiting for hunters story for ages. I couldnt wait to start this book and I thought it was only going to be about hunter and xavier so i was pleasantly surprised when miles and Matthew came into the mix. They all somehow balance and work so well together. Im really hoping the get another book because there feels like there is more to explore in their relationship and i want to see xavier taking on his role as a father or ‘dax’ a lot more. This is a brilliant story that you could read on its own but i think its more enjoyable if youve read the other books from the chain reaction series and book 1 of this series first. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Been waiting for this book for sooo long and it didn't disappoint. I knew I was going to love Hunter and Xavier, but Miles and Matthew completely stole my heart. Loved the dynamics between all four of them and how Matthew balances the 'crazy' that the three bring. The scenes in this book were HOT and vulnerable at the same time. I especially loved how Matthew despite being the newest addition was the one Miles could open up to the most. I feel like these four still have a lot that needs to be explored in their relationship along with Xavier's new role in Olivia's life as Dax.

What an awesome book. Hunter and Xavier were married and then they have separated for 7 years. Hunter is also taking care of Xavier’s daughter. Even though separated, they both still have feelings for each other. Matthew is Olivia’s teacher and has a crush on Hunter. One day Hunter asks him out and they go out for supper. This is the start of their story of how Hunter, Xavier, Matthew and Xavier’s bodyguard Miles got together. I cannot wait to see what happens next. These guys are really hot together and chemistry is off the charts.
