Bethel, Ohio... Home to front porch sittin', Main Street strollin', and the most illustrious bodyguard agency in the US?
Ace Miller can dream, can't he?
After Bethel Protection Agency falls to him, Ace longs for a life of action and adventure...not babysitting rich girls. But the small town of Bethel holds much more danger and intrigue than he soon realizes. Recruiting his friends and defending the weak, the guys become The Bodyguards of Bethel, with a whole lotta romance thrown in the way!
A Christian romance with suspenseful undertones. When Mo’s stalker is released from prison, danger resurfaces and Ace steps in as her fiercely protective bodyguard. His unwavering support and resourcefulness create a heartfelt blend of fear and falling in love. C.C. Kline’s narration adds depth and emotion, perfectly capturing the tension and tenderness throughout.
The start of the Bodyguards of Bethel series,it has drama, danger, suspense, a very nasty villain, twists, turns and romance. Ace and Mo's story kept me turning pages. The story is well wrritten with a very good storyline and strong characters. I will be reading the next book. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Brilliant narration from CC Kline, who brings the action and suspense to your ears.
Ace is now part of the Bethel Protection Agency. Expecting a life of action and adventure, what he got was baby sitting. Well that was until Mo comes into his life and the town shows him and his team that the town is holding dark secrets. We have drama, danger, suspense, twists, turns and romance.
I liked the story wasn't n fan of Ace's thoughts, he was thinking the same thing over and over it was to mutch I almost DNF the book because of it. I did listen to the audiobook al the way through but wasn't a fan of the narrator.
