I've always felt there was some sort of connection between punk rock and spirituality, but I couldn't really put my finger on it before I read this. Properly understood, both lifestyles are about sincerity, hard work, and setting one's self apart from the material world. "Punks to Monks" tells the story of one fanzine that used the aesthetics of one to draw people towards the other. A short, interesting read mostly consisting of pictures and interviews.
