This was my first Dark Romance, and I was hesitant to sign up for the ARC because I wasn’t sure that was a genre I would like. Twice Broken was well-written and fun to read. I understood Flora and Ashleigh is HOT. This book made me feel things while reading it. I’m so glad the author took a chance on me, and I’m even happier I picked up her book. I will be sure to continue reading everything she writes. 💙

I don’t even know where to start… this book wrecked me. I went in thinking I was ready, and let me tell you hahaha I was not. Twice Broken is one of those love stories that doesn’t just tug at your heart, it drags it through the dirt, rinses it in your tears, and somehow makes it all worth it.
Flora and Ashleigh’s connection is messy, complicated, and achingly beautiful. You can feel the love between them from the very first moment, but it’s buried under years of trauma, heartbreak, and things left unsaid. Their story isn’t clean or easy, it’s real. And that’s what makes it unforgettable.
Flora? She’s been through it. I related to her so deeply, the resilience, the fear, the constant push and pull of wanting to trust again but being terrified of getting hurt. And Ashleigh… listen, I wanted to throw hands. He broke her in the worst way, but the way Tes Archer peels back his layers? Whew. You feel the regret and the longing with every word.

It is an emotional rollercoaster that captures the essence of love, heartbreak, and redemption. From the very first page, I was completely drawn into the MMC's & FMC's world. The intensity of the one-night stand scene was absolutely electrifying😭, leaving me on the edge of my seat. But it was the emotional depth of the breakup that truly struck a chord with me.
I found myself shedding tears as the characters navigated their pain and ultimately found their way back to each other. The last chapter was a masterpiece, and the way Ash called her "Moonlight" added such a poetic touch to their relationship.

She has even added songs before every chapter guys how beautiful is that😭😭.I really loved the character development of Flora from petty fragile to I will not take you bullshit anymore.
in the beginning I was like what is happening why is this so soon stick it to it readers you will know ,why it is named as twice broken .where most of the girls love touch her & die kinda guy well Flora doesn’t that’s the only spoiler I can give you .watching something you never expected and shutting off that memory is how some humans cope another spoiler oops sorry,I loved how smoothly she has shown that😭🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻💗💗💗😘

This book had me clutching my shirt, it had ups and downs and curves that will leave you gasping. I haven’t cried this much reading in so long and I loved every second of it. I couldn’t believe the story and how connected the main characters were the entire time. This definitely needs to be in your tbr if it’s not already! Worth every second!

The FMC, is Flora Starling Carter who had a rough upbringing with her father who was under her stepmother’s thumb and a horrible step sister who was envious is Flora. In the eyes of her family, she couldn’t do anything right. Flora entered in to an unhealthy relationship with a man who just wanted her virginity, going as far as proposing to get what he wanted. Flora found him cheating on her with the envious step sister. After Flora found herself at the bar where she met our MMC, Ashleigh Keiston.
And that begins, the twisted love story of Statlight and the Confident Miscreant. The MMC is a morally grey alpha male who loves with all of him, and just wants to take care of Flora.
Tes wrote a story that spans YEARS of history between these two: friends, to strangers, to lovers. This book has twists and turns that will take you by complete surprise and heartache. Tes intertwines clues and the past throughout the book, answering the readers questions as they come up. She was able to make the characters relatable, whether it was through emotions that were fully explored or thoughts/assumptions or even dealing with trauma.

Twice broken is the far best novel I have read in a long while. This is my second ARC and I was so so excited for this and when I started, I couldn't stop. I mean my mom had to take my phone away so that I could sleep.
I am a big dreamer and often dream of the things that penetrat my sub conscious mind. And this is one of the books that impacted my sweet little dreams.
I mean that entire vibe was cold and and it was shivering during that rem sleep. I can still taste that dream.
Now whenever I read those dreams flash back. I am gonna say I love you author.

My favorite thing in a romance of any form is split POV. the fmc is truly a reminder of modern day Cinderella. Love her friendship with her best friend, absolutely hate her step sister. Could not stand the MMC at first, but by the end it was a TOTAL turn around, the character development that went into this book is AMAZING. The writing was CHEFS KISS.
Flora and Ashleigh locked me in from the first chapter of the book, I love the roller coaster of emotions, and I honestly could NOT set it down.
Tes archer went to work on this book, her writing is in my personal opinion, really great. The book never had a dull period that felt forever to get through like some romances I have read before. This book was truly addicting to read.

I went on a roller coaster ride with this book! It was so good!!! I loved the relationship building of Flora and Ashleigh. How after years of being apart, they somehow found their way back to each other. Also, in how they brought out the best in each other 🥰. The twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat, making me experience so many emotions. Well done!!!!

Okay… I’m crying out loud. Not just because the book wrecked me (which it did), but because somehow my PDF ARC got deleted—and with it, all my annotations. 😭 The heartbreak is real. I was late to read this one, but I finally did, and honestly? I’ve been emotionally well eaten ever since.
This story? Raw. Emotional. Powerful.

This Bookkkk!!!! I freaking loved it!! This book embraced me, destroyed me, and put pieces of me back together again.
The friendships between Julia and Flora made me wish for a friend like Julia. You can find friends anywhere (right?), a friend like Julia is rare. That's not it!!! I absolutely loved the bond between Ashleigh and Asher!! The dynamics between the two was such a standout.
Okay!!! The chemistry between the MMC and FMC (OMFG), I'm obsessed with the characters!!

The story of flora takes you on a ride of emotions that you didn’t think it would. Love, heartbreak and 2nd chances all rolled up in one. Best book I have ever read couldn’t put it down. And I loved when ashleigh called flora moonlight.

DARK INTENSE AND ABSOLUTELY ADDICTIVE!!!
Archer’s writing is absolutely stunning. I downloaded this on my Kindle thinking I’d read a few chapters before bed. Instead I stayed up all night! The tension, the angst and the emotional pull of the main characters was absolutely unmatched. Every word, every emotion, every heart-wrenching moment is crafted so beautifully. I loved reading it on Kindle because I could easily reread my favorite parts.
I’m still recovering from this book, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget it 🙂

I’d like to start off by saying I received this book in exchange for an honest review. This book has a really sweet premise and a lot of heart, and I could see the story’s potential. However, the writing itself made it a challenging read for me—there were a lot of grammar and clarity issues that made it difficult to stay immersed. I think with stronger editing, the story could really shine. I applaud the author for completing such an ambitious project, especially in a second language, and I look forward to seeing how her voice continues to grow!

Stunning, An Absolute Must-Read Debut!!! This was such a great book. I was able to read this through an ARC given to me by the author.
She captured the story of fate, timeless love and unwavering devotion perfectly. Ashleigh and Flora’s story is raw, heartfelt, and so realistically crafted in beauty. It’s almost like a Cinderella retelling with a twist. With so many twists and turns that leave you turning the page for more. Who doesn’t like a dark, morally gray, billionaire MMC - with the touch her and die (literally) vibes. Sign me up every time. This story is an emotional roller coaster, full of love, loss, healing, and redemption. It broke my heart, then slowly put it back together again. And that ending… let’s just say, it was so deeply satisfying.

I got this as an ARC and this might be just my second billionaire contemporary romance (first being fifty shades)
If fifty shades was a billionaire dark romance MUSICAL and if it was mainly starring Ariana Grande, this would be it.
What do you mean slow burn? We dont know her. We are burning consistently of yearning.

Now I had some issue with how some scenes were written especially the musical parts and since it’s a double POV book, some scenes were repetitive but hey, nothing editing can’t fix.
I really like the tone of Tes’ writing as well - it’s not over-complicated but still paints the scene.
I enjoyed it and looking forward to the next book of the series!

Okay, well I loved Aden at the beginning 😂😂 only to have my heart break by him cheating on Flora with her step sister… He could have picked an outsider. Then Ashleigh, two individuals with a shared past. Flora, on the brink of despair, is saved by Ashleigh, only to have her heart broken again. Ashleigh, having found Flora after fifteen years, chooses to break her heart to protect her from a painful truth…. ( I cried at this point) but I love that Ashleigh was determined to fight for their love💕.To cut everything short this book is a soul wrecking…..

Darkness meets happily ever after. There is a lot of descriptive passages that help you visualize exactly what the author wants you to see which is a plus. You will fall in love with mmc, then absolutely HATE him then cry for him. While I enjoyed the read for the most part, there was too much repeat on the flashbacks where you read the exact same thing you read chapters back. I would have enjoyed a little more detail and involvement in the paybacks dealt to certain characters in their life’s.
