Having personally lived through a spouse with stage 4 cancer I was interested in reading this book. Honestly I felt it left out so much so many important details and seemed to embellish other details. Not really that focused on being a care giver either. I was also quite turned off by the FB group(public) where he constantly promoted his book, begs people to buy it and begs them to review it. Glad I got to for free on KU.

Beautiful Read

I absolutely loved this book. It didn’t end like I thought it would end I am happy for that. I have a sister-in-law who is battling this dreaded disease. I hope all works out for her also.

Powerful

This was a quick read, but a hard one. This is a powerful, fascinating glimpse behind the scenes as a family struggles with the mother’s cancer diagnosis.

Great story about a remarkable recovery from a very rare type of cancer. Perseverance paid off as her husband was a remarkable caregiver. Kudos also to her children.

This serves as a reminder that God can carry us through all, even through the storms. It was a great example of through sickness and health in a marriage. The tenacity of the wife was remarkable and their faith still remained strong even when they were told otherwise.

Good

Although their journey was difficult, the almost matter of fact writing helped the reader understand the process, pain, and struggles they went through. Great book.
