I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, which is not necessarily always true of career development/sales books. This was entertaining and wise at the same time. Michael’s writing style is easy to follow, full of common sense and a witty humor that I really got a kick out of. Excellent book for anyone in sales!
Very useful book packed with tips about how to better engage with customers. I found the authors comments especially useful about dealing with competitors. Mr Weinsteins sage guidance influenced our approach to a customer presentation this very day.
