With a world fueled by our phones and the small worlds inside of them, "Refilling The Well" provides a journey of becoming overwhelmed with the systems in place to keep us hooked and wanting more, from our relationships, our friends and our lives, to putting the screen down and becoming present in the moment and to not give into the hustle hype that consumes most of the world we live in.
