About the author

Kris's writing career started when she was still in middle school. At that early age she helped to create a book that was later put in the Children's Museum. Her love for kids books only grew over the years.

When she had two children the books seemed to grow to include her kids and the adventures they had.

This book has got to be the cutest kids book I have ever read! Being an adult I laughed the whole time. It is such a great book for kids to get them to take care of their hair... brushing, washing, coming, making sure it's dry before bed, keeping it trimmed, etc... The little drawings in the book are perfect! When my 13 year old wakes up I'm going to have her read this because we still have issues with her long hair and keeping the tangles out.
I'm so glad I read this adorable book and I give it 5***** stars all the way around.

This was such a great concept for a book. It's very imaginative and I love that the author used children's drawings to illustrate it. My 8 year old daughter loved it.
