Wow, what a terrific book on nutrition and exercise, all designed to improve your health and fight obesity! I have read a lot of books on health, nutrition and dieting and this book (521 pages) is the best, most comprehensive book on the subject of diet and nutrition! It’s filled with amazing graphics to make the complex concepts of nutrition very simple to understand. I learned a lot and this book is not just a rehash of his excellent first book (PE Diet). Both are worth the investment of time and money to maximize the opportunity to beat the modern food environment we are currently living in! Highly recommended! 😎

Earlier this month, I bought both of Ted Naiman’s books on a whim. I read his first book, The P.E. Diet, first. I enjoyed that one a lot. I decided to immediately dive into his second book, Satiety Per Calorie. While Satiety is a much more thorough book than P.E. Diet, they both have some similarities which tie them together in terms of protein intake. The similarities end there are Naiman dives into more thorough explanations of nutrition that he didn’t cover in his first book.

I enjoyed that Naiman took his first book many steps further and widened the scope of nutrition information. I think both books go hand in hand with anyone wanting to learn about nutrition or people who even just want a refresher.

I’ll definitely be revisiting this book often to keep my information fresh.
