Books can be attributed to "Anonymous" for several reasons:
* They are officially published under that name * They are traditional stories not attributed to a specific author * They are religious texts not generally attributed to a specific author
Books whose authorship is merely uncertain should be attributed to Unknown.
I have been using this study Bible for a little while and really like it:
1. Font is large enough and easy to read. 2. Pages are easy to turn and are not so thin that the reader can see through them. 3. Includes Jesus' sayings in red that makes it easier to find. 4. Good size (not too big or small) and yet very lightweight and easy to carry around. 5. Includes a helpful glossary that includes a definition of a term and the verse references. 6. The cover seems to be of good quality and should not easily wear out. 7. The Bible is appropriate for personal/group study and for preaching/teaching.
Bear in mind that this is a "value" edition that does not include maps of the Holy Land and an introduction to each book of the Bible. However, I still believe this is a great product and highly recommend it.
I was given a review copy by Crossway in exchange for a fair review and appreciate the opportunity.
Spent like all summer post college graduation grinding out both the old and New Testament, always wanted to read it and was super glad I did, lots of great lessons.
