Wow, a book that I really needed to read. Ways to cut the bullshit & confront my excuses, self sabotaging and limiting beliefs and take control of my life. Not your typical self help book - no affirmations and touting the power of positive thinking. There are real exercises & hard truths in this book for realistic change - a literary kick in the butt to go after goals & dreams & to live life the way you are meant to live it.

Took Lots of Notes

Thorough. Entertaining. Engaging. Concrete advice for making small changes that compound. Good tips on analyzing your behaviour so you spot the unconscious habits that keep you trapped living an uninspired life. A great read.

This book has some helpful tips and information to help you change your way of thinking but I had a difficult time getting through it. The author is very redundant and the spelling and grammatical errors made it difficult to finish.

Not soft but direct

Straight-talk, tough-love kind of book. Calls you out on overthinking and excuses, but in a motivating way. Simple ideas, clear actions, and a just do it mindset.
