Kylie has the most embarrassing Dr's visit at her gynecologist, who also happens to be hot. Dr. Meredith Adler likes control and she has met her match in Kylie. Their back and forth power struggle is fun to see play out. They are really suited for each other and over time they fall more in love than they expected. I really like Kylies friend Mia who is an instructor of some very special classes. Read it to find out.

I love reading Lauren Hart's books because I know I'll get a great love story along with the HEA ending. This one is no exception. Meredith and Kylie meet under unusual circumstances but they're each instantly attracted to the other. We see the gradual progression of the relationship between these two independent, successful women with the slight angst found with any new relationship. The snappy dialog between Meredith and Kylie is great, as well as the interactions between their friends and family. This is a well written, fantastic age gap story with low angst. I'm a huge fan of the are gap trope, so I highly recommend this one.

Hello, Doctor!
Another great read by this author! The tension and banter were awesome! The spice was oh so nice. I liked how the MCs lifted each other up throughout the story.

The story begins with Kylie visiting her new gynaecologist, and being put through a totally embarrassing appointment, courtesy of Meredith’s resident trainee gynaecologist.
Meredith has been getting tired of the attitude of the medical clinic she is at - prescribing medicines to alleviate symptoms, but never addressing the root cause of the problem. After visiting her therapist, she suggests Meredith joins a local wellness centre, and one specific class run by Kylie’s friend Mia. The centre she joins is owned by Kylie, and we get some hilarious descriptions of Meredith totally out of her depth in Mia’s class.
This is a fun story, with some very witty dialogue.
I did feel everything happens very fast in this story, like a race to the finishline. I don’t mean U-Haul fast, but there seem to be stages missing in some of Kylie and Meredith’s interactions.
My favourite quote from this story, talking about being intimate with a new partner: “First times are like assembling IKEA furniture—you think you’ve got it all figured out, but ten minutes in, you’re sweating, something’s upside down, and you’ve got extra pieces with no clue which hole they’re supposed to go in.”
A wonderful story from an excellent writer.

“At the Doctor’s Mercy” simply sssssizzzzzzles! Imagine two very successful women, Meredith a well-established gynecologist; and Kylie, owner of a popular yoga studio. They met in a most unusual way, during Kylie’s annual exam (wink-wink) and it only got better from there. Neither one could forget the other, so it was serendipitous that Meredith’s therapist recommended she learn to relax and de-stress - and no better place to do it than Kylie’s yoga studio! It must have been meant to be, so of course a first date follows, along with the start of a sizzling-hot push and pull between two women who know how to top, and aren’t afraid to do so! Lauren Hart lets us readers cool off occasionally, as Kylie’s business and Meredith’s career challenges and conundrums are interspersed among the hotness sessions! The characters are very likable, and it’s titillating to play a fly on the wall through the heat and playful bantering of their developing relationship. “At the Doctor’s Mercy” is a light, quick, and deliciously sexy tale - that’s my honest review after receiving an ARC. (My advice - keep a cool drink at your side while reading this book.)

This book had me from the first sentence! I don't suppose Kylie, owner of a yoga studio featuring classes on women's health and empowerment, ever thought she would meet her future in the form of ice queen Dr. Meredith when she went for her annual checkup. The first chapter is so funny that I couldn't stop chuckling. Ok, ladies, we all know what it's like going to our OB/GYN, but seriously, Lauren's writing is right on the money. I DARE you not to laugh!
Their journey together is very enlightening, especially for Dr. Meredith. Not only was Kylie able to thaw her, but she taught her many great lessons when she said, "Dream bigger, try new things and do not let fear win!"
Lauren Hart's writing just keeps getting better. The dialogue in this book is so suggestive, but witty as can be. And as a side character, Mia is a hoot! Between steam, love, embarrassment and laughter, this book has everything!!!

I loved this book. Every time I think, this is the best book that Lauren has written she comes out with the next book and somehow, I love it even more. Kylie and Meredith’s chemistry is off the charts. This book is sweet, funny, and very spicy just like I like them. The side characters are a great part of the story. I loved Mia and I am secretly hoping she will get her own book. This is a terrific book that do not want to miss. OMG this is one very hot hot hot sizzling and funny story!
Lauren Hart writes with humor that had me laughing out loud from page three! The absurd thought of falling for my brand new Gynecologist who is teaching two new MD’s how to do an annual exam is preposterous! Yet it works especially when the patient is a Yoga instructor. Honestly, I was crying tears of mirth during the initial exchange in this story. I continued to laugh out loud throughout this read. The love story carried my heart, the characters enhanced the scenes. It just doesn’t get better than that!

Such a beautiful love story between a young yoga studio owner and a sophisticated , middle aged gynecologist. The perfect ice queen melting by the energetic and ambitious young woman. I love not only the adorable couple but their families and best friends! The writing is brilliant and although it is not a slow burn romance, the many intimate moments spanning five year between the couple makes it even more enjoyable to read!

Kylie meets Meredith in the most unusual place. During her annual exam. Yes…that one. Kylie owns a yoga studio, Meredith is a gynecologist. Meredith’s therapist recommends yoga, the very studio that Kylie owns. Every time they meet it’s like a battle of wills, both wanting to be in charge, even for something simple like a date. Very spicy, age gap, ice queen. This book has it all and I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Meredith is a classic control freak. Meeting Kylie makes her question her approach to medicine and the structured life she has.
Can these two opposites ignore the attraction.
I thoroughly enjoyed this funny, entertaining story. Great supporting cast too.

An embarrassing visit to the doc Kickstart this sizzling hot romance between Kylie and Meredith. The tension is tangible from the beginning and the heat is enough to thaw the seemingly cold heart of Meredith. This book is just unputdownable.

I laughed so hard, I had tears. This was such an enjoyable read. The characters were so funny. Mia is hilarious! I definitely recommend this book . When you have funny characters and the story is over, you just hope the next one is just as funny. I really hope Mia has her story

I absolutely love all the witty banter between Kylie and Meredith. I laughed throughout the book, and Kylie’s friend Mia may have helped with that as well. The spiciness was exquisite and I may never look at resistance bands the same way again. Such a fantastic book.

WHEW! This Is One Steamy Read!
Reading this book is addictive. I didn’t want to leave Kylie and Meredith. They are addictive and so much fun as their relationship builds. I laughed and fell in love with both of them. I can’t wait to read another book in this series.

An awkward doctors visit to the gynecologist leads to forever after all. Definitely worth the read and the I’ll be checking out the rest of the authors books. Spicy indeed 🥵🥵🥵 especially the yoga studio scene.
