I used this book a lot this year for summer trips to the Oregon Coast, as it listed many photo op locales that I usually pass by.

The book also mentions some events, like the Oktoberfest in Mt. Angel. I also valued the ghost town survey--Shaniko and Hardman are place I want to get to soon. A little treasure of pinnacles and spires I had not heard of is Succor Creek Canyon.

Many great photo ops all over Oregon, though the guide is getting pretty dated now, last updated in 1984.
